とても雰囲気が良く、サービスも丁寧で 最高のホテルでした！！

昔の貴族の館を改装した小規模なホテルです。家族経営的で、女将は非常に気が利く「おもてなし」の人です。レストランも2ヶ所予約を入れてくれました。施設は木造で壁の絵や装飾など、それなりに歴史が感じられますが、バスタブや水回りも清潔で快適でした。ベランダ付きの部屋でしたが、周りはたくさんの樹々に囲まれ、庭で昼食をとった時には、白い猫が寄ってきて、心が癒されました。

大きなホテルでなく、こじんまりとした居心地のいいホテル。部屋のサイズも問題なし。 バス停から歩いて約１０分。　道は全部石畳なので、スーツケースごろごろ転がすのは気が引ける。 ホテルの前までタクシー乗り付け可能。　宿泊客でない人が入って来れないようになっているので、より静かな感じ。

エリアの持つ雰囲気にぴったりのホテルで、滞在を楽しめるホテルです。中世の町の雰囲気そのままが味わえると思います。少々お高いのですが、泊まる価値はあると思いました。

Wow factor property! Beautifully renovated private household, sumptuous surroundings and felt such a personal hotel experience. Great off-road parking in safe and secure car park. Warm welcome on arrival from the lovely Eva and Antonio was very attentive in serving us wine at the bar. Stunning bedroom and bathroom, shame we were only there for one night. Next time!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very kind and informative. I will stay again in this hotel if I ever come back to Santillana del Mar.

The hotel is a beautifully restored historic building in the center of town. The staff is very attentive.

This was an amazing hotel in an absolutely stunning locale. The staff knew who I was as soon as I walked in to check-in. They were friendly and spoke English, and were eager to tell me about the history of the hotel and to show me and my family around. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, and I recommend adding their excellent breakfast. Should the chance arise, I will absolutely stay again and I wholeheartedly recommend. The only caveat I would add is that parking is a little inconvenient, and it is hard to find the hotel if you are driving into town. That being said, it is not the hotel's fault, but the unique set up of Santillana del Mar, which is not a town that is conducive to driving. I would like to thank Casa del Marques for an excellent stay, and we hope to see you all again!

We did not book through hotels.com but if you’re asking, I can tell you it’s one of the more beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing the building incredible our room spectacular. Everything about it was absolutely stunning. But we did not book through hotels.com so I’m not sure why I’m being asked to do this.

Bel hôtel mais l’isolation phonique avec la chambre à côté, en fait la salle de bain était très mauvaise et on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans leur salle de bain. Nous avons essayé de changer de chambre mais ce n’était pas possible.

El hotel tenía una decoración un poco extraña pero la habitación era genial y el personal encantador. Además hacen un 6% de descuento por pagar en efectivo.

Absolutely beautiful! We loved the hotel! Its a lovely historic building that has been renovated, the room was huge in comparison with other European hotel rooms, and service was great too! The lady at the front desk went above and beyond by even making our dinner reservations.
