ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、とても快適で素晴らしかったです。 清掃もいき届いておりこのホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。

フロントデスクのスタッフのみなさんがフレンドリーでした。お勧めしてくれたレストランが全て美味しくてとてもいい思い出になりました。屋上にプールもありアルハンブラ宮殿の裏側、近くでは全体が見えずらいグラナダ大聖堂もとても美しくみれます。バスタブが付いているお部屋だったのも日本人には有り難かったです。頻繁には行けない国で最高の思い出になりました。

2泊したがタオルの交換がなかった。 またバスタオルのみでフェイスタオルもない。 エアコンがなく扇風機だった。

シャトルが便利　地下鉄駅からも遠く無い

グラナダの中心部にあって、観光地へのアクセスがとても良かった。またホテルではゆっくり休め、楽しく観光が出来ました。

グラナダ市内中心部に有り、アルハンブラ宮殿等の観光地にも徒歩で行ける（実際には坂が多いため、徒歩では困難だが）。近隣に安くておいしいスペインバルも多く、立地の利便性は高い。室内の設備は、相応の期間が経過しており、決して新しく無いが、十分許容できる範囲内の設備である。紅茶、水、お菓子等の無料アメニティが充実しており助かった。

中心街に位置しており食事や買い物に行くにも便利、アルハンブラ宮殿へのバス乗り場へも歩いてすぐで、とにかくロケーションが最高です。 スタッフの方もとても感じがよく、新しいためか客室もすごく綺麗で清潔。デザイナーズだけあっておしゃれ、アメニティも充実しています。ちなみにバスタブもあります。 スタッフの方が教えてくれたのですが、最上階の部屋の宿泊者以外も屋上のテラスに入れます。広いテラスからはアルハンブラ宮殿が綺麗にみえて感動しました。

清潔で、部屋も広い。バル巡りや宮殿へのアクセスも良い。スタッフもほぼ24時間フロントにいるようで、丁寧な対応。屋上のテラスからは正面ではないが宮殿も見え、夜風が気持ち良かった。早朝にタクシーを頼んだが、快く対応してくれた。鉄道駅からはタクシーで10-15分、7ユーロ程度だった。

市内中心部にあり観光地も近くとても便利。アルハンブラ宮殿行のバスも近くにあるが、歩いて行くことも可能。

Nice hotel, very nice located in central Granada. Great room and a good breakfast. Would like to stay here again.

Hotel com ótima localização e atendimento

We felt so lucky to find this gem in the heart of Grenada! Staff were so kind and helpful, the room was clean with good temperature control, and the pool has the best view in the entire city. 10/10 would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, friendly staff who spoke English (a bonus!), yummy sweets in reception (another bonus!), view over Main Street and best of all - small pool on roof to cool off as it got into the 40s when I was there ... chilling with view over the city, cathedral and Alhambra. Good a/c too but a blind in the bathroom would have been good to keep sun out ... there was opaque film over for privacy but heat could still come in. Hot water did take a while to come through so felt like I was wasting water despite the many reminders on the product labels to save water - not sure if something could be done to improve this? I didn't have breakfast so can't comment but suspect it would have been fab too! Room kept clean and tidy for a comfortable stay - many thanks!

Poolen på terrassen var väldigt liten och det fanns få stolar att sitta på.

Adoro essa linha de hotéis! Sempre procuro por algum deles em algum cantinho da Espanha. O Roommate de Granada é maravilhoso, e a sua equipe é impecável!

The room was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was very clean too! All you can eat breakfast with extended time was a bonus! The location of the hotel is convenient for major shopping and attractions.

Passende beliggenhet hvis du ønsker veldig sentralt men samtidig ikke midt i en busy shopping gate. Dette hotellet ligger i sidegata fra shoppinggaten, det er ikke mulig å kjøre opp til hotellet, men parkering finnes 5 min unna. GPS viste feil til parkeringsgarasjen og til hotellet, ble litt mye frem og tilbake, men alt i alt, veldig bra opphold
