小さいホテルながらも、設備も整っていて何も問題なく宿泊できました。カサ・ミラの近くという好立地ですが周辺は騒がしくないところもよかったです。シャワーの出し方が少しわかりにくかったが、自国との違いなだけで、そこは許容範囲内です。

先に悪かった点 ・シャワーの水圧が弱い ・ドライヤーが弱い ・シャンプー兼バスジェルのみしかない ・エレベーター内がいつも生乾き臭で臭い 良かった点 ・コンパクトで清潔感のある部屋内及びホテル全体 ・交通の便は最高 ・備え付けの冷蔵庫がある

地下鉄、カサミラから近く便利。

アクセス抜群、カサミラから1ブロックの距離。地下鉄はディアゴナル駅からすぐ、サンツ駅まで一本で行けます。カタルーニャ広場までも15分強、歩ける距離です。 モダンな雰囲気のホテルで部屋も比較的新しいです。エレベーターが故障していたり一部機器類はトラブルありましたが許容範囲内でしょう。部屋は広くはありませんが、トランクを広げるスペースくらいは充分にあります。価格帯と立地を考えれば充分合格点、新市街で比較的新しいホテルを探している人にはお勧めです。

7月に4連泊しました。場所はカザミラ並びの夜中でも治安のいい区域で、観光バスのバス停もすぐ前にあります。こじんまりしていますが天井が高いので圧迫感もなく、シンプルで快適なホテルでした。清掃も毎日きちんとされていてフロントも親切です。1つ難を言えば少し壁が薄いのか隣室の大声の会話が聞こえてしまった事。それ以外は期待以上のホテルでした。空港からタクシーでも€30程度、空港バスの出るカタルーニャ広場からは徒歩10分弱です。どこに行くにも便利でおすすめなホテルです。

Perfect location, the hotels walls an are very thin. Even tho it was non smoking, there were guest smoking and staff could not do anything. Rooms are on the smaller side but the price is very fair.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, staff were nice, breakfast was good quality. They had coffee all day which I loved. They even offer slippers which is rare these days. If i had a complaint, it would be the noise from the street all night. We were on the 2nd floor. However, this is easily resolved with ear plugs. You cant beat the location though, its close to everything, especially the shopping. The nearby streets are beautiful to walk around in.

The hotel is lovely and is located in the city centre. Many attractions are within walking distance…. Sangrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Betello, close to stop for hop on off bus and many restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel had a nice selection to start our day.

The hotel was centrally located with friendly, helpful staff. I did not have breakfast there because the price seemed outrageous, especially since there were at least four places less than a block from the door that were wonderful. The city bus was just around the corner and was very convenient. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and well staffed.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Actual while in Barcelona. Our room was comfortable, spacious (including two twin beds for our boys) and extremely clean. The breakfast was expansive and delicious and the staff welcoming and polite. Additionally, the hotel was in a great location, convenient to public transit and walkable to several different exciting landmarks (e.g. Casa Battlo) and near shipping and restaurants. We'd definitely look to stay there again when we return to Barcelona in the future.

Clean comfortable room in quiet area and staff were pleasant. Breakfast had many offerings and was perfect to start the day.
