It is a very simple hotel room that I just needed for staying a night. The amenities are very minimum so I suggest to bring your own such as shampoo, soap, etc even thought there are few provided. I was glad that I happened to have it. If you come by yourself staying for the first time, it would be better come back earlier time or take a ride that brings you back directly.

スタッフはとても親切でした。部屋は狭いですが広いバルコニー付きで解放感がありました。ベッドが最悪でスプリングが劣化していて背中にビヨンビヨン？ゴツゴツ？当たり全く眠れませんでした。ダブルベッドで広かったで、背中に当たらないように位置を変えたり寝方を変えたり等々、夜中に色々試しましたがベッドのどの部分も全て劣化していました。3日間滞在のため、ホテルを変更するか迷いましたが、ホテルを探す時間が惜しかったため、移動はせずに床に毛布を敷いて寝ました。海外旅行は100回を超えますが、こんなに酷いベッドは初めてでした。またちょっと怖い地区でした。どんなに宿泊費が安くなっても、もう泊まりません。

El hotel muy cómodo, el staff maravilloso, siempre súper amables, proporcionando mucha información acerca de la ciudad. Definitivamente volvería.

Streetcar access close by to get around

Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant.

The area where the hotel is situated, is a bit rough and ready, but the people are open and friendly and it wasn't a problem.

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Bilbi. Desk staff were helpful and informative and domestic staff superb. My room was basic but comfortable. Everything worked efficiently - TV, Wi-fi, shower, etc. The hotel is well situated close to Bilbao Old Town.

Un ottimo albergo, per essere un due stelle. Accoglienza cordiale, avendo fatto il chek-in online non ci hanno più chiesto niente. Posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la città. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un bollitore.

Alojamiento práctico por ubicación pero la zona está llena de indigentes. Me robaron el movil a 200m del hotel.

The hotel was very close to Casco Viejo and the Mercado, excellent places for food and drink! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and had an amazing recommendation for Txangurro when i asked!

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit zu verschiedenen Fragen, z.b. wo es richtig gute Pincos gibt. Der Tipp war super.
