客室のアメニティの石鹸類が良い香りだった。スタッフも笑顔で優しく対応してくれて、とても良かった。

Good hotel although a little inconvenient because it is a little away from grocery stores

カテドラル近くで観光に便利な立地ながらとても静かな環境。歴史を感じさせる素敵な建物、部屋ですが、リノベーションがされていて快適に過ごせました。ベランダからは自然豊かな風景が見られとてもリラックスできます。朝食も落ち着いたレストランで楽しめました。友人などにも是非薦めたいです。

まず、古い建物を利用しているので天井に木の梁があったりしていて非常に雰囲気が良いです。 また、私は運よくテラス付きの部屋が宛がわれたので、朝食をテラスでいただいたりと楽しめました。 街の中心地・マヨール広場まで徒歩圏内なのも良いです。 難点を言うならエレベータがないことと、周辺にお店などが無いので夜間はちょっと暗いことでしょうか。ただ、治安は悪くないと思います。女一人で夜歩きしても特に危険などは感じませんでした。

朝食は平日7:30〜10:30,休日8:00〜11:00です。 チェックアウトがその前になる事が事前にわかっていたので、Expediaのホテルへのメッセージ通して英語で問い合わせたらすぐに返事が来ました。 サンドイッチ、ドーナッツ、フルーツ、沢山の飲み物のピクニックを作ってくれました^_^ 2泊して1泊は朝食をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです！

Just a fabulous place to stay.

The hotel is exceptionally well located, just a short walk from the Cathedral, Alcazar and the Aqueduct making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the city’s atmosphere. The room was very clean, although there was a strange smell ínside. Other than that, it was good and confortable. The staff and the breakfast are also ok.

Hotel ótimo. Fica perto, mas requer uma caminhada por leves a moderados aclives para alcançar os pontos turísticos.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine.

Banheiro apertado. No quarto não tinha apoio para a mala. Quarto era grande, mas com grande espaço vazio sem nada. Funcionária da recepção forneceu as informações básicas, mas sem o mínimo de empatia. Pagamos 200 euros por uma noite. Para mim não vale 100. Custo-benefício ruim.

No me gusto q soy impedida y me dieron una habitacion que tenia q subir escaleras, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba suficiente! Y me dijeron q era la temperarura q podian usae! Nosorros somos turistas y poruqe nos limitan la temperatura! Casi no pude dormir del calor!

Hotel muy bien situada, eso si con l'ós clasicis inconvenientes de estar en el crnyto para poder aparcar. Toda nuestra estancia fue correcta.

Good breakfast buffet. I had a room to the back with a view which was nice and quiet. Overall a good 3-star hotel.

Es buen hotel; sin embargo debido al tipo de orografía sobre la que se encuentra construido, debería contar con personal de apoyo para cargar el equipaje. No tiene alimentos, solo el desayuno. En general es bueno

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich, und das zugebuchte Frühstück reichhaltig. Lediglich im Badezimmer gab es kleinere Mängel. (Halterung des Duschkopfes, Abfluss des Waschbeckens). Die Lage des Hotels empfand ich als perfekt. Am Rande der Altstadt, ca 5 Gehminuten zur Plaza Mayor.
