客室のアメニティの石鹸類が良い香りだった。スタッフも笑顔で優しく対応してくれて、とても良かった。

Good hotel although a little inconvenient because it is a little away from grocery stores

カテドラル近くで観光に便利な立地ながらとても静かな環境。歴史を感じさせる素敵な建物、部屋ですが、リノベーションがされていて快適に過ごせました。ベランダからは自然豊かな風景が見られとてもリラックスできます。朝食も落ち着いたレストランで楽しめました。友人などにも是非薦めたいです。

まず、古い建物を利用しているので天井に木の梁があったりしていて非常に雰囲気が良いです。 また、私は運よくテラス付きの部屋が宛がわれたので、朝食をテラスでいただいたりと楽しめました。 街の中心地・マヨール広場まで徒歩圏内なのも良いです。 難点を言うならエレベータがないことと、周辺にお店などが無いので夜間はちょっと暗いことでしょうか。ただ、治安は悪くないと思います。女一人で夜歩きしても特に危険などは感じませんでした。

朝食は平日7:30〜10:30,休日8:00〜11:00です。 チェックアウトがその前になる事が事前にわかっていたので、Expediaのホテルへのメッセージ通して英語で問い合わせたらすぐに返事が来ました。 サンドイッチ、ドーナッツ、フルーツ、沢山の飲み物のピクニックを作ってくれました^_^ 2泊して1泊は朝食をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです！

Room was spotless and very well appointed. Bathroom amenities excellent quality. Bathtub super deep and long but a little narrow. A little challenging to access due to shower door and protruding tub/shower faucet.

La calefacción estuvo encendida toda la noche y no pudimos regularla, tras llamar a recepción por la noche debido al calor asfixiante nos dijeron que el radiador estaba estropeado y no podíamos cerrar la llave para que dejara de funcionar. Solución que nos dieron o dejarla puesta (imposible dormir) o abrir la ventana (esa noche fue la nevada más grande en años en Segovia) esa de la ventana abierta fue la opción y la verdad que imaginar como estaba la habitación de caliente que mantuvimos la ventzna abierta toda la noche y dormimos bien y sin frío y eso q estaba nevando. Muy mal señores de EXE CASA LOS LINAJES porque ustedes ya sabían del problema y no se me avisó y pagué por una habitación en condiciones óptimas para descansar.

The room was in wonderful shape and the views from the 6th floor were just stunning. Only downside was being able to hear others in their room, but this was a small bother. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was impeccable. Each and every receptionist greeted politely whenever I walked past and were most kind during every interaction. Location was fab and the dark alleys felt fairly safe. The hotel breakfast got the job done. All in all, great experience and I'd definitely stay here again!

O quarto é bom e a localização do hotel facilita os roteiros de visita.

El desayuno no era gratuito, como así se indicaba antes, lo pagamos. Estuvo bien y tenia ingredientes frescos. Nos concedieron la peticion que hicimos al hotel y tuvimos una buena habitación on vistas a la naturaleza, muy agradables.
