親切にしてもらいました。 街中なのに、窓の仕組みで全く外の喧騒が聞こえませんので、リラックスできました。

Located in convenient area for sightseeing and shopping. Lot of restaurant and bars around here. I visited for business, I think it is not suitable staying in this area. Room is clean and comfortable, all cooking equipment are well prepared.

プエルタデルソルから近く移動やショッピングに便利な場所です。近くにはバルやハモンイベリコのお店があります。ホテルはキッチン付きで設備も整っていて居心地のいいホテルでした。 一つ気になったのは、音が聞こえやすい。廊下の声が丸聞こえでした。

繁華街の中心に位置して、どこに行くのも便利な立地。プラド美術館などの美術館、王宮にも歩いていけます。地下鉄の駅もすぐそばです。建物の中は新しく、きれいなアパートメントホテルです。電子レンジ、電気ポット、食洗器、食器、フォークやスプーンも備え付けです。スーパーも近くにあるので、スーパーでいろいろ買ってきてお部屋で食べることもできます。家族連れにもお勧めです。朝食は、近くのカフェのクーポン券が支給されるので、それを持って、カフェまで食べに行きます。ハム乗せパンとコーヒーの朝食がいただけます。

ヨーロッパ旅行中の子どもとの合流ホテルに使いました。午後6時以降はフロントが無人になるので、遅くにチェックインした際に多少ばたばたしましたが、電話連絡等でホテルのスタッフの人は親切に対応してくれました。 英語対応してもらえるので、英語さえ喋れれば快適に過ごせるホテルです。 室内も清潔で、キッチン付きなので便利でした。 朝ご飯付きで申し込んだので、少し離れたカフェに食べに行きました。 こちらもいくつかメニューが選べて、豪華ではありませんでしたが地元の人が食べているのと同じ朝ご飯を食べられてよかったです。 プラド美術館、宮殿、などほとんどの名所に歩いて行けるので、滞在のキーステーションとしても使えると思いました。

アパートメントタイプなので、ホテルのサービスは最低限です。 洗面所・トイレ・シャワーブースはコンパクトにまとまっています。 プエルタデルソルから徒歩5分程度と立地はとても良いです。

We really enjoyed our stay at Blume. The suites are recently remodeled, very clean and very comfortable. They are in the middle of everything, a short walk from the Puerta del Sol & Gran Vía for fantastic shopping and dining, yet it was quiet at night (we didn’t stay over the weekend though so YMMV). The staff was lovely, kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Liked the local neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants. Close to Sol metro station and also easy stops to Atocha main station. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask them to check for a bag that I left behind.

Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests. We would choose to stay here again! Thank you Blume Cruz Suites!

Great place

This is an excellent boutique hotel right in Madrid center. A special and artsy feature of this hotel is the spiral stairway which contains a mural of various iconic places in the city, and a wrought iron style railing. We could walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will show you where to go. High marks for Ferial and Carol at the front desk! The room including beds was very comfortable and had a pleasant view of the balconies and street, yet was quiet at night. The breakfast was quite good, though note the better value for pre-paying it the day before. Some nearby great restaurants are Pickwick (for tapas, try the cod croquettes, amazing), and La Rollerie (amazing value, five star quality, try the chicken Cordon Bleu).

Central location in lively Madrid, clean rooms, great water pressure with plenty of hot water even if it takes a couple minutes, compact and stocked kitchenette when everything you'd need. Something special for Madrid: two sets of double-pane windows and a real soundproof room that's not just a marketing gimmick. This is a huge plus. Madrid known how to party early into the wee hours.

Unsere Suite war sehr sauber. Auch die Matratzen waren gut. Ein Tresor in der Suite stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und gaben uns gute Tipps. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - das bedingt, dass es in der Straße laut ist, jedoch sind die Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert! Spanisches Fernseh- und Radioprogramm war verfügbar.

We had a wonderful experience. It was very quiet. Breakfast was included and very good. We were leaving earlier than breakfast was being served one day and they offered to bring it to our room the day prior. Laundry facilities were available. Plenty of hot water for showers. Place was quaint and clean. Air conditioning allowed us to regulate the temperature to a comfortable climate. Customer service was very good. I would recommend to others.
