親切にしてもらいました。 街中なのに、窓の仕組みで全く外の喧騒が聞こえませんので、リラックスできました。

Located in convenient area for sightseeing and shopping. Lot of restaurant and bars around here. I visited for business, I think it is not suitable staying in this area. Room is clean and comfortable, all cooking equipment are well prepared.

プエルタデルソルから近く移動やショッピングに便利な場所です。近くにはバルやハモンイベリコのお店があります。ホテルはキッチン付きで設備も整っていて居心地のいいホテルでした。 一つ気になったのは、音が聞こえやすい。廊下の声が丸聞こえでした。

繁華街の中心に位置して、どこに行くのも便利な立地。プラド美術館などの美術館、王宮にも歩いていけます。地下鉄の駅もすぐそばです。建物の中は新しく、きれいなアパートメントホテルです。電子レンジ、電気ポット、食洗器、食器、フォークやスプーンも備え付けです。スーパーも近くにあるので、スーパーでいろいろ買ってきてお部屋で食べることもできます。家族連れにもお勧めです。朝食は、近くのカフェのクーポン券が支給されるので、それを持って、カフェまで食べに行きます。ハム乗せパンとコーヒーの朝食がいただけます。

ヨーロッパ旅行中の子どもとの合流ホテルに使いました。午後6時以降はフロントが無人になるので、遅くにチェックインした際に多少ばたばたしましたが、電話連絡等でホテルのスタッフの人は親切に対応してくれました。 英語対応してもらえるので、英語さえ喋れれば快適に過ごせるホテルです。 室内も清潔で、キッチン付きなので便利でした。 朝ご飯付きで申し込んだので、少し離れたカフェに食べに行きました。 こちらもいくつかメニューが選べて、豪華ではありませんでしたが地元の人が食べているのと同じ朝ご飯を食べられてよかったです。 プラド美術館、宮殿、などほとんどの名所に歩いて行けるので、滞在のキーステーションとしても使えると思いました。

アパートメントタイプなので、ホテルのサービスは最低限です。 洗面所・トイレ・シャワーブースはコンパクトにまとまっています。 プエルタデルソルから徒歩5分程度と立地はとても良いです。

Wonderful stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Amazing location.

We had a wonderful experience. It was very quiet. Breakfast was included and very good. We were leaving earlier than breakfast was being served one day and they offered to bring it to our room the day prior. Laundry facilities were available. Plenty of hot water for showers. Place was quaint and clean. Air conditioning allowed us to regulate the temperature to a comfortable climate. Customer service was very good. I would recommend to others.

Respan vastaanottovirkailija, oliko Fioral, oli aivan huippu, hyvä englannin kielen taito. Kertoi kattavasti, mitä matkaijaa voi kiinnostaa. Tunsimme itsemme tervetulleiksi. Huoneisto loistava ja aamiainen hyvä.

Carol, the receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all our needs. She was very accommodating, from storing our luggage to making sure our room as ready before check-in time. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy, it is very quite despite being on a busy street

Hotel.com stated that my reservation would have balcony, but on the hotel record, the reservation is a standard room without balcony. I think Hotel.com should be more careful on this, to avoid miscommunication. Well, this standard room had a sitting room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchen and of course bathroom. It is very neat, clean and cozy. However, the windows were facing patio of the buildings, that means no scene and relatively little sunlight. The breakfast included was simple and good. When I arrived, the road was in construction, and hence blocked for taxi and bumpy for my luggages. There was a disco bar located right besides the entrance of the building making it a bit noisy and crowded upon returning hotel at late night.

The front desk and other staff súper nice. I can not complaint about the room. It was clean. I think it was recently renovated. However the hotel it us placed near bars and busy street Restaurants and the street is under construcción. So you find garbage everywhere drunk individuals until 7 to 8 am. Too dangereus to go out at nidnight. Good News the metro el sol was very near like a minute. So it’s not the hotel fault maybe when they finish renovating the street it could be a different story.

Rodrigo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Property is in a very central location. Rooms were very clean and well equipped.. we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time in Madrid. Perfect start for my first experience. The location is amazing. Felt safe and the check in was smooth.

Superó nuestras expectativas. La suite bastante amplia y cómoda, en condiciones excelentes de mantenimiento, la cocina bien equipada con los implementos para preparar los alimentos. El personal de recepción siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y de la comodidad de mi esposa. El desayuno artesanal, estilo buffet en la cafetería, es abundante, y delicioso.

La suite tenia todo para sentirte como en casa, la cama era muy comoda y el detalle de bienvenida fue todo un gesto. La recepcionista encantadora, nos aconsejo lugares para visitar y para comer. Esta muy centrico y, a pesar de estar en una calle con mucho ambiente, el doble acrustalamiebto te aisla del ruido exterior. 100% recomendable.

Great location, large room, clean hotel and friendly service. I wish we had a balcony.
