Clean rooms and attentive staff

Very nice place and staff. Good central location.

I really don't like to write unfavorable reviews but I hope to help others before choosing this hotel. I feel like it was a bit of a bait and switch as they have a sister property in a nicer section of town. The pictures are not what the place looked like at all. I will say I should have known it was inexpensive so maybe you get what you pay for. First know it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The lobby of the building was filthy with a ratty carpet. My gut was saying I should leave from the moment we walked in. The only amenities was a fridge and kettle in the room but I was not there for breakfast. The room felt dirty and the beds very uncomfortable. There was only a sheet on the mattress, no cover of any kind. The other people that live in the building were very loud at night as was the traffic on the street. I will say on a positive note the AC worked well and the shower was fine and the area was conveniently located.

Fantastic stay at the opera house- staff were so friendly and communicated well, we had a big beautiful clean room, top location and fantastic vibe all round.

Staff were awesome, location was perfect.. I would stay here again!

La liste des prestations ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité, il serait bien qu'expédia fasse un audit et remette à jour la synthèse (pas de micro onde...) Quasiment impossible de se garer à proximité, dans des rues sales. Pas de parking Seul avantage, logement situé à coté du centre historique à pied.

I’ve just spent a week here & it’s a great place, very close to the centre. Constantino, Antonella & Fabrice couldn’t do enough for us guests & were so friendly. Most of the rooms are on the second floor & there isn’t a lift. The stone stairs between the first & second floor are very steep. I was initially on the second floor but after one day was moved to the only guest room on the first floor as I have mobility issues. The staff did this without me even asking, which was so thoughtful. The property is spotlessly clean. On the second floor there is a kitchen which includes an espresso machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with a microwave. Tables & chairs outside on the balcony really catch the morning sun. I can highly recommend this place. If I can manage the stairs, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was made to feel very welcome & felt very much at home.

Listing like the property is outdated

Fruktansvärt lyhört mellan rummen. Vaknade mitt i natten av att folk pratade i rummet intill men det var som att dom var i vårt rum och ljudet från trafiken utanför var som att fönstret var öppet.Duschdörren verkade inte sitta riktigt fast och det var andras hår i duschen. En positiv sak dock var balkongen mot en innergård som alla hade tillgång till.

Une seule douche chaude,obligation de quitter à 10h,café instantané avec bouilloire.Peu d’isolation des bruits de la rue.Toutefois bien situé dans le centre historique .Nécessité de garer son véhicule dans un parking privé à 25 euros pour la nuit en l’absence d’espace sur la rue lors de notre séjour.2 étages à monter d’un vieil immeuble.

Room was nice, clean and perfect. Near bus to airport 4€ for bus.

The staff was helpful and the place was well located . Close taxi ride from the airport yet quiet for a good sleep .

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und immer sehr sauber (sehr gute Matratze) . Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziger Nachteil, das parken in der Straße würde ich nicht empfehlen und zudem ist es kostenpflichtig.

This accommodation had a great location, central and close to great restaurants and sight seeing. The staff & service was excellent. I did not have the breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room quality was average. Needs an update/refresh. Street noise was very loud on busy street and difficult to sleep soundly.

I had to change location quickly and was lucky enough to find B&B Opera. Dont let the outside of the building put you off. I had a warm and helpful welcome to a clean spacious air conditioned room. Photo views are from balconette.

15-20 minutes away from the train/bus station (walking), 3-10 minutes walk to city center sights. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Safe area and B&B. Very very nice staff 😊 with great ideas on what to do there. Stayed in the family room #1 (3 beds). Fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. Comfortable beds. A/C. Nice terrace overlooking inside garden and old lava wall. Breakfast 10 euro. Bags storage in the dining room. 2-3 flights of stairs to bedrooms/shared kitchen/ dining room (no elevator). Used WhatsApp to communicate. Will stay here again 👍
