The hotel gets an 'ok' but nothing more... the beds are good and the rooms quite well isolated and the breakfast is great. The lobby is far from pretty and the staff could use some training and motivation. Guess it doesnt matter much because there's hardly any alternative in Terrassa.

El hotel se está quedando anticuado. El gimnasio no vale para nada, hay 3 maquinas y dos de ellas no funcionan.

We stayed for two nights, basically we just want a place to sleep and rest. It was a terrible and awful experience stayed in 6th floor (top floor) there was a loud and vibrating sound maybe it’s a generator. Sounds like a running machine that we did not get to rest and sleep. Staff said they can’t do anything about it, which is true and not their fault. The room is spacious and clean but our top priority is the comfort. It’s ruined and vacation because we had sleepless nights. Wasted of money and time.

Everything was quite good except there is no electric kettle in the room. Also it would be much better they have microwave there. Anyway hotel was clean and service was good.

Air conditioning not working in first room but manager very good and moved us to one where it worked plus loaned us a new electric so we could make tea Good refrigerator in room also
