総合評価とレビュー Hotel Plaza

チェックインカウンターが24時間空いていると書いてあったが、実際に受付に人がいない。カメラを通して会話して、部屋の暗証番号を聞く。英語もたどたどしく、会話がとてもしにくかった。またWiFiの調子がとても悪く、部屋では全然使えない。

ヌエバ広場に面したロエベのすぐ近くにあり、観光には最高の立地でした。 観光はもちろん、シエルぺス通りにも近く、ショッピングにも良かったです。

近隣のバルの騒音が大きい。

Entrada al hotel mediante código de apertura, al igual que a la habitación. Habitación no muy grande, limpia, con TV que no utilizamos. El baño limpio, la única pega que el inodoro está demasiado pegado a la puerta. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba fresquita, ya que nos tenían puesto el Aire Acondicionado. En general perfecto.

Excellent emplacement, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la cathédrale et de l'alcazar de Séville. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir faire le check-in en ligne en amont ce qui a facilité notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons également apprécié la documentation laissée dans l'entrée, l'accès à une terrasse à chaque étage, les WC sur le palier en plus de la chambre et l'ascenseur. En revanche, nous avons trouvé notre chambre vraiment petite (mais comme nous avions prévu d'y passer peu de temps, c'était ok). Nous avons été un peu dérangé par la climatisation qui soufflait directement sur le lit (peu agréable la nuit) ainsi que la chaleur étouffante dans la salle de bain. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un super séjour !

Autoatendimento para check in e check out mas uma pessoa muito cordial me deu todas as instruções por whatsap. Foi tudo perfeito, o hotel é ótimo e bem localizado. Adorei e recomendo.

El hotel esta bien para lo q era,dormir y ducharme xq fui en plan turista dos dias,lo.unico raro es q no hay recepcion y todo es x codigos,hay una obra al lado y hace muchisimo ruido ,pero bueno,todo muy centrico y cerca de la giralda,catedral,real alcazar,etc

Zimmer mit Dachterrasse war top. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt. Haltestelle der Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke.

The staff were lovely and the Hotel was fine, very clean and comfortable and brilliantly positioned in the centre of the city. Very friendly- the only problem we had was in receiving the WiFi. Otherwise brilliant!

Hotel was nice and clean. There is construction across the street that is noisy in the morning although that will be finished one day. Check in and check out was really easy with no staff members present. Overall was a great place to lay your head after exploring sevilla.

Estos hoteles con código son demasiado impersonales para mí gusto.Este tipo de mentalidad está destruyendo las relaciones interpersonales y el trabajo de recepción. Lo siento no me gusta.

Perfecte locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Na contact werd klein defect direct opgelost. Prima bedden. Inchecken kon al voor vertrek, waardoor we direct toegang tot de kamers hadden.

Location very good , the bathroom had bad smell of sewerage , no facilities ie coffee , no one on reception , building works next door very noisy

This was advertised 3 stars I fail to see why. The room was smal the mattress and pillows poor quality no protectors on them huge refurb 2 metres from our window woken up at 7.30 with crane and cement truck where moved to another room but it was so small u could hardly walk round bed air con dripped all over pillows and floor no bar as in details no minibar no facilities no person on desk for 3 days everything by WA very very disappointing. It was clean enough and in good location but actual Hotel more like a Hostel

Quick and easy with perfect location.

No one is there to help you, you have to talk to someone thru an enterphone communication. Didn't see any single staff during my stay. Location is good.
