エディプソスの主なシンボルとして活躍する歴史あるスパホテル。 町では唯一ここでスパプールが楽しめる。屋外と室内でプールがあるがどちらも温度はぬるく、日本人には物足りないが、長く浸かって泳ぐのにはいいかも。 周辺には特に何か特別なものがあるわけではなく、ここに数日泊まって療養するための施設だ。サービスはよく、驚いたことに毎日水を抜きかえている。地震の後源泉からの温泉水の出量が少なくなっていてもしっかりとしたサービスだ。 海に源泉から流れた温泉に浸かれるスポットも道を挟んですぐだ。

The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do.

Property wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained. Minor annoyances included -hotel requirement for caps in pool...they should provide [charge in room rate] or tell guests up front, -some staff in breakfast room need to be better trained.

We visited the place for a romantic get-away. We are a couple in our early fourties’. Check-in was very quick. The room was cute, it had everything we needed. Pros: the room had a little fridge, empty though, where we could keep water bottles cold. There was plenty of warm water all day/night long. The swimming pools were lovely. We both did some spa treats, like massage, mud therapy, peeling, steam room etc. We were both very happy with the spa. Also the swimming pools were emptied and refilled on a daily basis. Snacks in the swimming pool were tasty and ingredients seemed fresh. The breakfast was very good. The room service was good. Cons: the room was not properly cleaned and definitely not at 5-star hotel standards. We mentioned to the reception that the floor had marks and I showed the receptionist a short video of me using a baby wipe rubbing the floor and the wipe coming really dirty. The receptionist seemed shocked and said the manager would call me to discuss, as it was important to them. He never did. Next day when we said the receptionist that no one had called us, she said that we have to let them know when we want to have a chat with the manager. We did not bother, as it was obvious that no one really cared for the cleanliness status. Also the hotel attracts older generation that use the thermal springs for therapeutic purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but might set different mood for the ones who are looking to spend the place for relaxation.

Small rooms, poor a/c, poor service

Excellent hotel with great service and accommodations. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom supplies were a bit skimpy: one tiny square of soap and small bottle of body wash. (These were good quality, but we could have used a little more of them). Also, could be nice to have a washcloth included with the towels.

This was our third stay at Thermae Sylia and it was great, The hotel is a true 5 star, its relaxing and clean and the mineral water was changed every night to my surprise and pools were scrubbed thoroughly. The breakfast is great offering fresh natural juices and variety of foods. The staff were very professional and well deserve their rating. We will return.

Thermalpool ist super, Frühstück ok, man darf aber nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen.

Wonderful hotel, probably the best in Loutra Edipsou! Nice rooms with robes, tea and coffee, comfortable beds. Beautiful warm swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, with water aerobic class twice daily. Berakfast with plenty of choices.Room service offers quality food; try carob bread, its delicious ! Cant wait to come back.

An updated, clean and comfortable facility. The staff adheres to a strict Covid prevention protocol. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is very close to an outdoors natural hot water spring and pools. Elenie at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The spa staff is nice and available. I enjoyed a relaxing, short stay. The one big advantage is having all the spa facilities under one roof which is a great advantage on rainy days.
