フロントにスタッフが24時間常駐していないようで、チェックアウト時間が9時となり、旅程にも影響し、不便さを感じました

大通りから1本中に入った場所にあるこの宿。観光地に近い為、ホテルでは寝られればそれでいい、という旅人にはおすすめできる。 サービス面は値段相応。コストパフォーマンスが良い、悪い、とかはない。 ちょっと残念だったのは、バスタオルがかび臭かったことと、シャワーの水圧が弱かったこと。 とは言え、我慢できなくはないレベルです。

駅からタクシーで向かいましたが、車の入れない地区とのことで、途中から歩きました。 本当に小さな路地の中にあるので、見つけにくいかもしれません。 ホテルの方はお二人だけ英語が話せるようでしたが、案内してくれた女性も単語で部屋や設備の説明をして下さいました(笑) 部屋は綺麗でしたし、バスも清潔に感じました。 何部屋で1つかは分かりませんが、私は他の方と会う事はありませんでした。

市内中心部からホテルまでのアクセスがとてもわかりずらかったです。 部屋はとても狭いですが、一人旅でかつ低料金であれば満足でしょう。 従業員のサービスはいいと思います。

スタッフには英語は殆ど通じないが単語とジェスチャーでコミュニケーッションをとる事は可能。 コストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。 フロントは24時間対応してくれる。 玄関には頑丈な門がありベルを鳴らすと開けてくれる。

It's what you pay for at a very accommodating price. It can get a bit noisy, if some of the other guests are ignorant of others. The wifi, I found was spotty, and occasionally you had to wait for hot water. But like I said, you get what you pay for.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent et c’est situé au centre.

Nice staff, very close to the attractions

Una opción económica para hospedarse cerca del centro de Sevilla , en el barrio judío. Se descansa bien , es muy sencillo y chiquito . Era hospedaje para 4 , con una habitación , el resto en sofá cama en la sala . El personal muy atento y lo lamentable es que no estaba limpia la habitación y tuvimos que recibirla después de 5 pm . Estábamos muy cansados y fue lo único que lamentamos no haber podido entrar a tiempo .

Great stay. Best location and comfortable beds. We slept great. This place has character. We enjoyed it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Property details and check-in / check-in routine was easily done. The property did everything we hoped!

Que lindo cuarto !

Very beautiful atrium with rooms situated around it. Not too far from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Room ok size. Good cleaning. However, the heater was never cleaned i assume, the air circulating felt filthy. The room leaked air so you had to have the heater on continuously and at a high temperature to make the room decent. I Imagine it is the same in the summer cooling it. That leads to heavy electrical bills for the Pensión and customers are not happy about temperature in summer or wintertime. I felt sick and it became better when I went out and when I later on continued my tour to Cordoba the problems feeling sick were gone. I know that inner temperature in the winter is lower and air leakage in Spain but this Pensión need to clean the heater.

Welcoming staff. Clean apartment. Comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our short stay. It feels “Spanish residential” which we liked, albeit decor is dated. Checkin was very friendly. Location is good to walk to Sevilla sites including the Alcazar and cathedral (10 mins) Bed was pretty firm but comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which we used, and equipped with an aircon. We also liked the common roof terrace for a drink or meal overlooking the neighbouring church The only annoyance was the noisy entry gate that leads in to the property, and the noise of other guests walking past our room which was close to the entry. Would stay again, due to location and value.
