ハウスキーピングがいまいち

フロントのスタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーでした。部屋は少し暗めですが快適に過ごせました。朝食が充実していてとても満足しました！また利用したいと思います。

英語は十分通じるとは言えないけれども、親切でホスピタリティが優れている。大学に近く大学での仕事には心地よい。食事はとてもおいしい。朝食の選択肢はとても広い。目の前にcoopがある。トラムの駅も近い。大学へは森を抜ければ15分程度。ワインもうまい。朝食のスウィーツがおいしい。

入試のために利用しました。大学まで徒歩で行けとても便利でした。

ミニバー（冷蔵庫）が無かったので、飲み物やスナックをかっておけなかった。 朝食が午前7時からというのも、少しおそくかんじた。

特に気になるところがなく、清潔で普通に出張利用に快適でした。夜着･朝出なので、プールなどの状況は分かりません。 宿泊した部屋にバスタブ・ヘアコンディショナーの設置がなかったことは、日本人的には残念ポイントでした。

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for one week. The hotel is near from a park and an university, so the place is quiet with fresh air. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel and we can go to the city center in 10 minutes by tram. There is a spa and the breakfast is delicious. I would like to stay here next time, too.

When we arrived at the room, the door lock showed a green light, indicating that the door was unlocked. My grandson simply pushed the door open, and the entire door came off its hinges. It appeared that only two or three screws were holding it in place. It was obvious that the door had already been damaged, and part of the locking mechanism was already broken. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything like this. Instead of apologizing for what appears to be a serious maintenance and safety issue, the hotel staff suggested that we might be responsible. When we checked out, they told us they would investigate the incident. I believe this was a pre-existing problem with the door, not something caused by my grandson. He only pushed the door open after the lock indicated it was unlocked.

This is a lovely hotel in a scenic region next to the park and the University. The breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice hotel with an amazing location , seconds away from Nagyerdei park . Decent breakfast with an egg station where you can order eggs cooked for you . The spa opens at 11 which is very late and I therefore couldn’t make the most of using it . You can get two tea bags and two coffee capsules for free and if you want more you have to pay which I have never seen before in a 5* hotel . There is no hair conditioner and for someone with long frizzy hair it’s a massive must , I asked reception if they had any and they said no . I would say that this should be a 4 not a 5* hotel but overall I enjoyed the stay . The bar area is very nice and Zoltan made some delicious cocktails with a very friendly setvice

Great location close to university and tram line and the woods. Clean and nice staff and good breakfast.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt!! Ein super Hitel mit ales was man sich wünschen kann. Aleea war toll.

Dejligt hotel, hyggelig bar og rigtig god restaurant. Rigtigt dejligt wellness område 👌👌👌👌👌

Love thos hotel in the quiet town of Debrecen. The staff were helpful. The room we booked was a family suite, very reasonably priced. 2 rooms, a sleeping area, and living room type area. Two balconies as well. Breakfast was buffet. Lots of great options.

Great facilities, amazing breakfast room, massage room, rooms A1.

No functional ac, the rooms smelled too much of a fake perfume, our outdoor area was not cleaned

Fullständigt ljuvligt hotell. Trevligt bemötande redan i receptionen. Restaurangen serverade mat även sent på kvällen, till vår lycka, vi kom ganska sent. Maten var riktigt god, välbalanserad och perfekt komponerat. Vi tog en drink i baren och la pris på att de använde färska råvaror och inte smaksatta siraper. Rummen rymliga, lyxigt inredda, och sköna sängar. Tyvärr kunde vi inte prova spa-et. Frukosten är ett kapitel för sig, godare, fräschare och bättre frukostbuffé har jag aldrig sett. Servitörer konstant på tårna för att vara behjälplig.

Alles gut. Zimmer waren nicht ganz sauber. Essen war gut. Service war sehr nett.
