部屋は狭くて暗かったです。ベッドルームにドア、その向こうがすぐ共有ホールだったので他客の話し声などが気になりました。部屋に窓が一つあったのですが、開けてもすぐ隣の建物の壁なので、日が入らず、日中でも真っ暗でした。 車で行ったのですが、ホテルは車で侵入するのが困難な場所でした。駐車場は公的駐車場利用でチェックアウトの際割引になるというチケットをもらったのですが、使えませんでした(自動精算機)。

ロケーションは悪くない。ただ、ホテル前に車を停めるのは道が細く、人通りも多いので難しい。荷物を降ろすために車を停めようとしたが、頂いた地図が分かりにくく１時間以上迷ってしまった。歩いてみて分かったが僅か数分で済むルートだった。頂いた地図にスケールや写真が入っていたら、迷わなかったように思う。（あるいは、何ｍ程度か具体的な説明があったら良かったと思う） すっかり食事が遅くなってしまったが、ホテル前のレストランの食事は美味しかった。

bien accueillis par la réception, l'hôtel est difficile d'accès en voiture. Le garage(payant) demande un peu de patience pour enfin permettre d'y entrer .Faire le code d'entrée n'est pas d'une grande simplicité. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Personale molto affabile e gentile. Camera pulita ma piccola, bagno ottimo, tv grande, frigo bar, cassaforte, a disposizione anche l’occorrente per il caffè americano tè e tisane. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio dell’hotel dopo prenotazione ad un costo inferiore dei parcheggi pubblici. Hotel vicino al centro, a pochi metri dall’acquario. Ideale per visitare il centro città.

The guy in reception was super helpful. V close to the port and old town. Really convenient..

Great location. Stayed here before a cruise and could actually walk to the terminal. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway. Very friendly staff. It is worth asking reception to book a taxi if you're going to the airport (approx. €25).

Très bien situé dans le centre de Gênes pour se déplacer à pieds Difficile d accès en voiture cependant Chambre pour 4 bien, literie correcte.

Location is close to port and train station, which was great. But the spaces are a bit tight. It was a short one night stay so it was ok for the short stay.

La posizione è strategica, si trova nel centro storico di genova, ma se si arriva in auto c'è un parcheggio vicino a 2 minuti di camminata dall'hotel (così da evitare la zona ZTL). L'hotel in sé è ben curato, lo staff molto gentile. Colazione di tipo internazionale. Ho trovato la stanza pulita, ben curata e ben insonorizzata. Vicino all'hotel ci sono i servizi di emergenza, inoltre sono presenti la fermata della metro e degli autobus.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le port, la vieille ville, l'aquarium. Les chambres sont un peu exiguës, notamment les chambres familiales (on est un peu les uns sur les autres), et sombres car evidemment les rues sont étroites (bien que charmantes) et peu lumineuses. Les lits sont tout de même confortables. Petit-déjeuner décevant en revanche, certes il y a du choix mais les produits sont industriels et peu goûteux. Le personnel est serviable. Pas de parking en revanche si on est en voiture, ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique, il faut aller se garer dans un parking public plus loin qui coûte 25€ la journée en plus de l'hôtel... et il faut porter les valises...

Clean, friendly staff. When I arrived, my room's AC wasn't working, nor was the phone, and they graciously relocated my room. Centrally located in tourist area.

Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as well.
