Nous avons été très déçus à l’heure du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes arrivés à 9h00 et été informés que le petit déjeuner s’arrêtait à 9:15. À ce moment très précis elles sont venues enlever tous les articles en commençant par arrêter la machine à café. Puis à 9h25 elles nous ont informé que la salle fermait à 9h30, en quelque mots: Partez! Alors qu’il n’y a aucun autre repas dans la journée. C’est la seule belle salle avec une belle vue et elle est interdite (pas de lobby) et on ne peut même pas en profiter calmement après le petit déjeuner, vraiment dommage!! Aussi, nous avons eu un lit qui grinçait horriblement. A chaque petit mouvement, des 2 côtés du lit, ça grinçait fort. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles ni le prix qu’ils demandent. Ils profitent qu’il se trouve à un très bel endroit mais ils ne soignent pas ses clients, dommage

Amazing view. Hotel is between the mountains loved it. It’s far but worth to go there also price were reasonable compare the other hotels at the region

Beautiful view!

I loved the place where the hotel is located, and in general, the building. The girl in the reception was giving the extra mile, but it was simply too much for her, and I will explain why. We had no hot water, which, in the middle of the Swiss Alps, is not the most convenient thing. She really apologized and tried to resolve, but the problem was bigger than her. At the end, we left and it was never solved. We were told we might have a refund, but wasn't in her hands. Two days later and no communication from them. The hotel has old stuff, but maintained in OKish conditions, but the atmosphere is nice. It is such a shame that the problem wasnt solved.

Excellent location . Quiet and peace Room is clean and the big bath facing the mountains is super relaxing The Italian restaurant opposite to Bahnhof is a surprise , it's really tasty !! Will come back again

Good location, wonderful views of the mountains. Historical hotel, so old but charming. Unfortunately a bit run down with a lose sink in the bathroom and dusty pillows
