入り口がわかりにくかっあ

モダンな雰囲気で部屋の広さ、清潔感、スタッフの対応ほか全体的に満足でした。 メインのエリア(土産店、レストラン)にもかなり近く、観光にもとても便利です。

良いビジネスホテルという感じでした。まだシーズン前なのか、空いていました。ホテルのスタッフも親切でホテルのレストランも楽しく食事をしました。

夜中１１時３０分に到着したが、問題なくチェックイン。 案内された別館のシングルルームは部屋は清潔だが窓を開けるとエレベーターホールから丸見えだった。 本館の部屋や別館の角部屋は問題ないと思う。ホテルにはテラスがあり、そこで食べる朝食は心地いい。 メインストリートのウンベルト通りやメッシーナ門に近く観光に便利。

メイン通りからすぐで観光に非常に便利だった。レストランの予約の電話もフロントが対応してくれて親切だった。

タオルミーナを出発する最後の夜に宿泊しました。海は見えませんが、街の中で深夜まで遊びたいと思う人にはロケーション的に最高だと思います。価格にしてはかなり素敵な客室だと思いました。

町の入り口メッシーナ門から入り、ウンベルト通りを歩いて行くとすぐに右側にホテルの案内表示が出ており、石段を上がるとすぐの所にある。中心部に近くとても便利なロケーションです。建物もきれいで、部屋も快適でした。ただ朝食の開始時間が８時からで少し遅く、しかも２日目は２０分ほど遅れて食堂が開き、時間のロスが大きかった。（チェックアウトの際に支配人からお詫びの印にとワインを１本贈呈された） また、会計時に飲んでいない冷蔵庫の飲み物の代金を請求されたが、飲んでいないと主張し請求をやり直してもらった。どういうチェックをしているのだろうと思った。

タオルミーナへはバスで到着。バスターミナルからは歩けるけど急な坂を10分ほど上り、メイン通りCorso Umbertoに入り広場を抜けて少し先の横道の階段を登ったところにホテルの入り口がある。覚えてしまえば迷わない場所だけど、初めてなら分かりにくいと思う。ホテル自体はとてもキレイ。フロント、レストラン、部屋もきれいで清潔。Wifiもホテル内だけだけど使用可。朝食はテラス席もあって快適。ハムや卵料理、コーヒーは給仕に注文。満足です。

Had an amazing stay, the location is absolutely perfect - right in the middle of town so really easy to explore. The Staff were friendly and helpful with good communication and the room was a decent size and very clear. we will be coming back !!

Sehr schön und im Zentrum

Fantastic location in that you can pop in and pop out of easily. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Great selection of breakfast. A lovely addition would be a small kettle in the room.

Simplesmente Espetacular

(Measured to Taormina standards) you get excellent service for an affordable price. From the accessibility of the hotel through the helpfulness of staff all way to the quality of the breakfast, everything was top notch. I have been to far less popular places paying the same kind of money for similar or even less service. Just one more thing which may not seem to be important but it truly is: there is enough room in the shower to bend down for the soap when you dropped it…

Just had a fabulous 4 night stay. From the moment we walked into the hotel, all staff were so welcoming and you could just tell they were proud to work at the hotel. Rooms were clean & tidy, breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The pool and roof terrace with spectacular views was the icing on the cake. It’s located in the perfect spot just off the Main Street with everything in walking distance.

Die Bilder des Hotels auf Expedia und die Realität stimmen absolut nicht überein. Das Hotel (Zimmer und Poolbereich) sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Zwar ist die Lage toll aber der Zustand von Zimmer und Pool verderben einem den Urlaub so richtig!
