Staff were excellent room clean thorough food delicious must say music was a bit to loud though apart from rhat would go back again

*Excellent hotel* Stayed in late May as a group of 4 adults in 2 seaview studios. A few initial issues with the room (I think we were the first guests to stay in these rooms since refurb as a few kitchen items missing but these were quickly rectified once we notified reception so no complaints). The floor we were staying on was mid-refurb which resulted in me having to complain about the noise from workmen starting at 8am and the dust/trip hazards in the coridor but Franco and the team were excellent in responding and ensured the rest of our stay was brilliant. We were offered to change rooms but declined due to it being a short stay so couldnt be bothered to re-pack/un-unpack. Noise didnt start until we had left the room (after 10am-ish) for the rest of our stay so no complaints after that. Overall, an excellent hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms will equipped, modern, comfy beds, clean and the sea views were lovely. Plenty of sun loungers, though no parasols around the pool area which needs to be rectified for families needing shade whilst keeping an eye on kids in the pool), pool bar food and drinks were good at a reasonable price and the shop in the hotel was cheaper than the supermarket over the road. Staff working around the pool were great, esp with the kids without impacting adults chill time. Would definately stay again and 100% recommend to others. Once again, thank you to Franco, Lucia and the team for an excellent stay.

My room was as described. A lovely peekaboo view of the sea. A pleasant location with easy walking access to restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

The room was very dated, bare essentials, no decore When it rains the corridors flood with water Staff very helpful Most things in the hotel were all closed, as January its all closed up, you need to go to outside shops for food etc, no pool or gym open to use

We were never informed about major works, which we were abruptly woken up by early morning of 7th January 2026. There was NO information about major works, both within the building and by the poolside just outside our apartment. The director, no less, was extremely obnoxious and rude to us, blaming us for complaining. This hotel does Not tell the customer the full information and then blames them , for their own lack of maintenance, etc.

Decent room and seaview. However its far from the main city and there was construction going on opposite the road so we were unable to use the balcony due to all the dirt flying accross and alot of noise during the day.
