チェックイン時とチェックアウト時の混雑状況は、割り込みなど何でもありでカオスでした。レストランは混雑しているものの広いので席は大丈夫でしたが、サービスは良くなかったです。部屋は広く快適です。

プールがとても楽しかったです。また、利用したいと思いました。

ホテルは、アクアワールドが隣接しているので、追加料金で安くアクアワールドに入場できます。アクアワールドは日本のハワイアンズを小さくした感じ。とても楽しめました。 お正月の寒い時期に行ったので、日本人には少し温度が低くて寒いかな？と思っていたけど、そこまで寒くはなかったです。 また、アクアワールドだけでなく、ホテルのスパも楽しめ、サウナも充実していました。 ホテルは、着いたらまだ部屋の準備が整っていなかったらしく、ウエルカムドリンクを飲みながら待ちました。 部屋はとても広くて綺麗で快適でした！！しかし、もともと準備してあるべきバスローブがまだ届いてなく、すぐにプールに行けないのが残念でした。(皆さん、部屋から水着、バスローブを来てスパやアクアワールドに行きます。) また、歯ブラシなどのセットがなかったのが残念です。外国ならよくあることなのでしょうが、ここまで素敵なホテルなのになかったのが残念です。 ホテル内のレストランのビュッフェはとても美味しかったです。 ただ、冬はスパやプールが9時まで、レストランは10時までなので、たっぷり泳いでからだとレストランは間に合いません。アクアワールド内のレストランも安くて美味しいので、プールをたっぷり泳ぐにはこちらで食べるのがいいです。 全体的にホテルの対応は素晴らしかったと思います。 ホテルがブダペスト中心部から少し遠いですが、無料シャトルバスなどもあり、便利でした。 このホテルのおかげで、ブダペストの旅行がとても楽しいものになりました。

The hotel was good, but some of the stafe was not friendly but mostly was. The spa is really nice. The staff in the reception was very friendly and spa, but in The Aquaworld the staff was so mean! They are not friendly and you can see they don’t like there jobs! 5 stars to the staff in the reception and spa!!!

It’s a great family friendly hotel with a lot of pools, slides, and sauna options.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were great, the food delicious, most the staff was very friendly. You pay resort prices for anything outside of the offered normal breakfast and dinner buffet. Was a great weekend trip. Having a designated shuttle to downtown would make it even better. We paid quite a bit for Uber to get downtown for extra excursions. It’s about a 20-30 minute trip. Loved it and would recommend.

Spa on todella monipuolinen

Rooms was good, reception service was very good. Restaurant ok. I could not enjoy spa access during my 3-day stay, so the reception handed me a card as I was checking out: I could have used that same day in case I had free time . I very much enjoyed such kind gift.

Excellent place for a stay with kids

The bridge not cooling enough and is incredible they charge for ice!!!
