The rooms are very nice, clean, big. The view from the room window is very beautiful. Breakfast is delicious but unfortunately every day the menu is the same, so we stayed at the Pan Pacific Melbourne for 5 nights, the breakfast was rather bored because the menu was the same. Very good location close to the excellent culinary promenade, and the Melbourne convention center. The chambermaid needs to be told to resupply the complimentary bottled water, (and it took almost 45 minutes to finally get 4 bottles on the next day, after I asked from the chambermaid) as well to check the supplies in the bathroom, as there is no toothbrush set, there is no soap at shower area and bathtub, only one at washbasin. Breakfast selection is standard. Hotel lobby and cafe interiors are dull and dark, due to too many uses of woods on walls and ceiling.
