The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the woman at the desk in the evening. But my toilet was used when I came in and the hotel overall needs updating, it felt outdated and the room amenities were of poor quality.

Dirty rooms, needs upgrading

Check-in is painfully slow.

The lady at the front desk was so accommodated and welcoming. Definitely one of the reasons that they keep me coming back.

I’ve been staying there for 22 years. Always very consistent with conditions and staff is very kind. When booking, room options are a bit unclear. I wish we were offered an upgrade since the facility was empty in shoulder season.

The room had no tv remote. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. My son then went to the front desk, from the Adam’s House, and he was told they didn’t have a remote that would work. Disappointing The room itself was nice, though, and there was a complimentary continental breakfast since it’s off season for them.

I reserved a suite. What I received was two connecting rooms. It was ridiculous.

We love staying at Jackson Gore Village and will definitely be back!

I like the location

The staff is very helpful knowledgeable and respectful.

Love the underground parking and ski check. Rooms and staff are vey helpful.

Pool area filled with spider webs on all windows. No hand or vacuum been there for months. Lack of breakfast area an issue. Very expensive for what it offers. One night was $690 and the other more than $700.

how can a resort that costs $1300 per night not have smart tvs in the rooms? unacceptable.

Perfect proberty for walk out sking. Indoor garage that goes up ro the room.

You need a place to eat breakfast in the inn. It was not kept clean at all including bathrooms.

This was advertised as a king with a pull out couch. It turned out to be a king with two chairs and a table. I appreciated the additional apace and the table but we were a party of three. Luckily, I thought to bring a blow up mattress. Also, the first room we checked into had no heat. Maintenance came to check on us quickly and moved us to another room.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet. We loved the outdoor heated pool and sauna and extra bonus was the EV charging stations. We will be back!
