自動販売機が故障していてお金を入れても飲み物が出てこず、お金も返ってこなかった点

Perfect location for shopping and dinning.

予約と部屋の設備が違っていて、変更後グレードアップしてもらい、広い部屋になりました。なので、部屋の広さについては申し分なかったのですが、部屋の床掃除が行き届いていなかったため、スリッパが埃だらけに。そこだけ残念ですが、あとはアクセスや雰囲気、部屋の設備もよかったです。ビオのボディクリームやシャンプーは使い心地がよかったです。

場所も大変便利な所でして、 なかなかのデザインHotelです。 次回も利用したいと思います。

ミッテの中心にあり、SバーンUバーンの駅からも近く便利な場所。レンタル自転車を借りれる。ホテルはデザインに優れて都会的。部屋はフローリングでアパートにいるような雰囲気で落ち着く。エアコン付き、バスタブはなし、シャワー室とトイレは別。セキュリティボックスありでしたが、ティッシュがない（トイレットペーパーはもちろんあるが）、ミニバーもなくフロント近くの自販機で買えます。近くに飲食店がたくさんあります。

目の前にあるmini martでは、ハンドクリームや歯磨き粉をお土産に考える人には、現地の安い価格で手に入ります。駅はたぶん２つの路線が利用可能で便利、タクシーもここの周りは沢山流しています。在住している友人と待ち合わせした公園は大きくて、子供も楽しめるスポット。その途中には女性に嬉しいブティックが建ち並び、ミュージアムにも徒歩で行ける良い立地です。

Our room which included kitchen facilities and a convertible sofa was very clean and comfortable. Good espresso machine. Large TV. Too bad my command of German is nil as that was it for programming. Any English news channel would have been great! One other criticism, bath was difficult to enter and exit and no rubber mat. Not safe.

Great room as I chose the more expensive type in the property. However, the windrow view is a small graveyard which is not ideal for some travellers including myself due to religious belief. Other than that the hotel is newly renovated/built and apparently has a nice rooftop bar which was unfortunately not open the night I visited due to cold weather. The hotel is self check in and self check out so if you want the traditional welcoming feel it's not for you. The staff is nearby so if you need help they can still be available. It's a young professional or cold modern vibe whatever you call it.

Nice hotel and position. If you’re looking for anything other than a room, this might not be for you. Emailed to book parking weeks before, no responses (then told it’s full on arrival). Emailed to discuss booking 10 rooms for an event, no response. Not sure if this is a Berlin thing or just this hotel. Staff went to ask the manager questions for me, management didn’t even come out of the office, just given a card with a general email address (that they don’t reply to).

Nice Hotel in great location. Good value. The only downside was loud music from the hotel bar one night, even on the fifth floor it was a bit disturbing.

Was there for the Berlin Marathon. Staff was not helpful at all. Took forever to checkin. And they where rude when answering questions. I asked them if they new of a nice sit-down place to have breakfast in the area. They told me "You have Google", in a smart-ass tone.

Bel appartamento, arredato con gusto e comodo per raggiungere il centro della città. Pulizia giornaliera impeccabile. Letto comodo. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compresa la lavastoviglie.

Jättebra läge, fantastisk personal! Hållbarhetstänket med byte av handduk varje dag trots att de är upphängda måste de förbättra! Walk the talk!

A great spot to explore Berlin from. Area was quiet but walkable to many places. Bar was understaffed when we visited. Also, kind of odd that the shower is visible from the main part of the room.

Only the manager on duty new anything. The rest of the staff was great at say "No" or "imI don't know"
