Excellent hotel for me. I could use free taxi service from the airport to the hotel with the information of my flight and time by previous e-mail to the hotel. The restaurant is wonderful and we enjoyed special dinner with our friends. The room is very clean with strong shower with large bathtab. We actually need a taxi to go anywhere outside the hotel, because the hotel is in nature. However, the taxi is not expensive here (within 1000 peso to downtown or Argentina side of the Falls).

映画のジェラシックパークに出てくるジャングルの中のホテルでした。回りは、本物のジャングルで、 メインの建物といくつかある部屋の建物とが、吊り橋で 渡る様になっていたり、楽しい演出が一杯ありました。

Amazing

We are extremely unhappy with our experience. There was mold in the air in our room and we woke up with respiratory issues. And had to cancel our stay (and change hotels). The staff was not very accommodating. We asked for a partially refund for 2 of the remaining 3 days and they bluntly refused! Upset! On top of that, many things weren't working properly: an elevator, fridge, TV remote. And the pools were very dirty.

Great value for a beautiful ecostyle hotel

The positives are: beautifully landscaped gardens, enjoyable pool area, and friendly staff. The negatives are: it's a very tired property in need of renovations and upgrades, and the buffet breakfast was terrible. Overall, the hotel was a poor value, even for a touristy locale.

Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response.

Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds. Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool. Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries. Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately. Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash. Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways). I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

Superbe hôtel

This resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely gracious. The pool area is perfect. The only this I would suggest is that they vary the lunch and dinner menus each day because if you stay there and do not want to taxi into town for dinner every night, having a menu with variety would make meals better. The food is good but variety like daily specials would help.

The room was spotless, the staff really friendly, the pools are incredible. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the food at the restaurant was not great.

Un hôtel qui, probablement, a déjà été un 5 étoiles mais ne l’est plus malheureusement. Nous l’évaluons tout au plus à un trois étoiles. Seul son site vaut encore une forte évaluation mais il manque définitivement d’entretien. Notre chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le déjeuner correct, sans plus. Les boissons servies autour de la piscine « adultes seulement » l’étaient dans des verres usés qui devraient être remplacés. Tout n’a rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles, dommage! Le site dans la jungle est exceptionnel mais tout le reste, y compris le service, ne l’est plus. Le lobby est vide et sans âme; il n’invite absolument pas à y passer un bon moment. Trop triste! Espérons que la direction fera le nécessaire pour redonner à l’hôtel une réputation qu’il a perdue…

Very average food. Bland pastas. At this price point the food needs to be much much better.

Hotel muito bom. Bonito e limpo. Piscina linda. Atendimento no restaurante e bar da piscina deixa um pouco a desejar.
