Friendliness of all staff, lovely location & food, long sandy beach which was lovely for morning walks, amazing sunsets

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, sehr nettes Personal und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Es hat an nix gefehlt . Das einzige was ab und zu nervte war die musikalische Beschallung am Strand und in der Bar. Weniger Lautstärke wäre schön gewesen.

Beautiful facilities. Clean and practical. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to attractions (other beaches, wineries, Retymno, etc.) and located on a beach. Great for traveling with toddlers and children. Excellent food, featuring local products. Amazing breakfast.

Clean comfortable hotel with a lovely beach. All inclusive breakfast offering a magnificent variety of foods. Lots of very attentive staff.

We stayed in one of the villas with a pool. It was amazing!. Great service, very attentive, room staff were fantastic and thorough. The villa was super relaxing, just a few steps to the beach or chill out in our own pool. We enjoyed it.

L’hôtel nel complesso è carino . La camera e’ spaziosa e rinnovata . Scarsa pulizia , per esempio sul terrazzino , e nelle aree comuni. La piscina e’ molto vecchia e andrebbe ristrutturata . Servirebbe un altra piscina magari per adulti. L hotel e’ abbastanza piccolo e non c’è molto da fare. I ristoranti molto belli , si mangia da Dio , tutto è fresco. Il bar in spiaggia e la spiaggia sono carini.

We loved our stay at Creta Palace, it was our honeymoon and the hotel so kindly upgraded us to a family suite on arrival which was beautiful. The facilities are great and perfect for our 2 year old, she loved the pool and beach. The staff were so kind and friendly - thank you so much for making it so special!

Absolutely incredible from arrival to departure. What stood out for us was the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the whole place, the maintenance of the grounds and the quality of the food. We only did breakfast but wish we had done all inclusive. Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service. A nice touch was the offer of drinks on arrival. The hospitality all around was amazing and we already can't wait to return. Thank you

Der Strand/ Meer ist nicht optimal für kleine Kids. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr weit weg vom Kids Club und Familienpool … aber einfach ein tolles Zimmer (groundfloor) Ansonsten ist das Hotel TOP! Würde wieder über ebookers buchen!

Great staff, and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, but slipped up on a few points, like forgetting to switch on plate heater, so breakfast soon went cold.

The hotel is excellent, as well as the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return one day.

Erittäin viihtyisä hotelli aivan rannan tuntumassa ja erinomainen palvelu. Ihana aamiainen. Vehreä ja hyvin hoidettu allas-ja ranta-alue. Hotellin käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Huono äänieristys.

Realmente esta muy bonito , es grande el hotel , con muchos detalles , se disfruta de la playa y el atardecer , es mucho mas que lo que se muestran en las fotos , se siente uno muy a gusto , el desayuno sin palabras , espectacular y delicioso , la atención y servicio del hotel realmente nos encanto , lo recomiendo ampliamente , me hubiera encantado estar mas tiempo para disfrutar todas las instalaciones del hotel , muchas gracias por sus atenciones , desde Mexico

Sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings waren die Familienbungalows sehr einfach und eher 3*-Niveau; Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal; Besonderes Ausstattungsmerkmal ist das Atelier am Strand, wo Hotelgäste kreativ werden können; Strand ist an der Wasserkante leider steinig, ansonsten aber schön, gepflegt und auch in der Hochsaison mit ausreichend Liegestühlen ausgestattet

Fantastische accommodatie, mooie kamers, heerlijk eten, mooi rooftopbar!, lekker aan het strand, mooie strandbar en -restaurant, niets is te veel voor het personeel - heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige opmerking : toiletten buiten bij de beachbar zijn vies, wat vaker laten schoonmaken. Verder alle complimenten, een aanrader!
