エレベーターはとても旧式で、自分で開閉しないとならない。映画の世界かと思った。ホテル代の割に部屋の設備が貧弱。コストパーフォーマンスが悪すぎる。

Very clean room in good location

Excellent hotel in an ideal place to overlook the beach plus lots of lovely walks nearby

Lovely clifftop hotel with the most stunning views of Scarborough's North Bay. Room was very clean upon check-in, only flaw was no housekeeping but they would come clean your room and replenish anything if you request for it. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely stay there again and ensure I book an oceanfront room.

Excellent location on the beautiful North Bay. Rooms were very spacious. Food was hot and adequate.

Everything is perfect

We were given a ground floor double room and it was first rate, clean, warm and cozy. We ate in house, Bar meals which were good value and tasty. The staff very obliging and helpful at all times. We would certainly come back again without hesitation.

Windows were a little dirty on the outside but it is that time of year. Other than that was a lovely friendy clean place in a lovely location. We will definitely be returning

We loved the Old-World style of the Hotel the room was small but comfortable and the shower was a challenge. The staff were courteous and very helpville and we enjoyed their attendance. The food was well presented although limited in scale the breakfast was just right.

Would have liked a sea view but as I spent much time outside as possible, it was not missed a lot ! I think I misunderstood arrangements for breakfast,( I was a room only booking) I thought I could go to restaurant and pay for a meal, there and then but not so? Really nothing to to complain about! I enjoyed my short stay and hope to return before too long. Any Staff I met ( with one exception) were cheerful and helpful! Thank You Folks!

The room was clean and welcoming and had excellent sea views. The receptionist who booked me in I felt like she couldn't be bothered, she gave me a form and asked me to put a context address on it and put my signature in a couple of places, while I was doing Thet she was stood tapping her nails on the reception counter and sighing, I found it uncomfortable, other staff thet I met seemed friendly and polite.

Good value for money accommodation.

The rooms are huge! And as always spotless clean and well equipped. Only grumble was i paid extra for a sea view however while i could see the sea from the windows they were basically at head height so i had to stand to see anything which i feel is a bit misleading

Easily within walking distance of Open Air Theatre. On site parking limited so well worth reserving space when booking.
