良かった点は、高台にあり眺めも良くビーチまでのシャトルバスもあって便利でした。港までの無料シャトルバスもあって良かったです。 悪かった点は、Wi-Fiの電波が部屋まで届かなくて不便でした。 受付の方に伝えたのですが改善されず､､､ 朝食の種類も少なくてイマイチでした。

スタッフ親切だった。部屋が施設と離れていて少し面倒だった。 送迎サービスもあって良かったが、ピックアップの場所がわからず困ったので、事前に確認した方が良い。施設は温水プールやサウナジムなどすべて無料で使えたので良かった。 Wi-Fiが繋がりにくかったので、ちゃんと繋がるようにしてもらいたい。 朝食でサラダがなかったので、お願いしたら作って持ってきてくれた。 また機会があれば宿泊したい。

ナポリ滞在の折、イスキア島に1泊しました。 施設とお値段を勘案しソリッソ・テルマエリゾートに決定。子供二人を連れてトリプルルームを利用しました。 この夏イタリアは非常に熱く、最初のアサインされたお部屋はエアコンが壊れていて、室内にいるのは絶対無理な状態でした。フロントにクレームを入れると、「すぐに修理する」とのことでしたが改善されることもなく、散々文句を言ってやっとのことで、部屋を変えてもらいました。 こちらのホテルに限らず、イタリア人の気質なのか、対応は遅いは、言い訳しかいいません。 結局ダブルルームにエキストラベッドを入れてもらい、部屋はせまくなりましたが、蒸し暑い部屋で死ぬよりはマシと考え、我慢することにしました。 プールや温泉施設は及第点といえるものでしたが、当初プレイベートビーチなるものがあるものと思っていましたが、徒歩で30分ほど崖を下ったビーチでベッド＆パラソルを€25で借りました。 帰りは徒歩では無理ですので、フロントで送迎の予約をしておく必要があります。

案内された部屋が本館からかなり離れていました。道路渡らないといけませんでした。温泉で楽しんだ後も、外に出て道路を渡って部屋に戻る、というのは面倒でした。レストランやその他の施設はかなり良かったです。

ひとり旅、シングルルームには、ピッタリの部屋に予約入れました。イタリア語できなくても英語OKです。シーズンオフかと思いきや、ドイツ人の年配カップルの方々で混んでいました。 シングル用の部屋。中はゆったり広々とした部屋ではないけれど、木目調の家具で統一されていてカワイイ雰囲気です。広めのベランダは丸いテーブル、椅子、長椅子もあってシービューでした！騒音もなくグッスリ眠りました。この部屋は、ひとり旅に最適かなと。 ミニバーもセキュリティボックスも完備。ただ、Wi-Fi無料が客室も有り、のはずが、Wi-Fiが弱い!!じれったくて部屋では海と波音を楽しむ事に専念しました。ロビーではWi-Fiサクサクでした！もちろん無料で。部屋はシャワーのみ、でも温泉の広いお風呂場も無料なので充分でした。

This property is beautiful, the only problem was a long journey from our room which was located quite a distance away from the amenities/pool/main property. The journey for BF or to pool/main service area, ANYTHING was almost a 7 minute walk up & down steep on-property road, inside and outside other buildings w stairs, past the cactus row, up 2 more flights - and this walk was recorded by my friend to send to husbands so they wouldn’t get lost. We did not stay in the “annex”, which I was told was across the street from property, but there are multiple different levels/buildings, etc. our room had a beautiful view & a generous balcony. We were shown other rooms after c/o of location but basically still a distance and rooms not as nice. The breakfast was excellent, the pool area gorgeous. The staff werenot too friendly, and daily charge for pool towels (2.5eu) a charge to purchase swimming cap (must be worn in pools), but I saw a woman wearing the plastic shower cap from bathroom and she was not asked to purchase a swim cap. There is a pool party once or twice week, for guests, and nice to dance. Drinks are accompanied by chips/nuts/taratelli, nice treat. If you are physically fit, used to hiking, have more than 2-3 night stay so you can learn the property, this is lovely place. It is close to a bus stop and you can walk to the beach (very carefully) using the road (stairs from property were too rough for husband). Lovely property but limitations.

We stayed 4 days 3 nights and enjoyed all the amenities. Beautiful Resort. The restaurant Oasis is a must.

Hotel limpo, com pessima conexão de internet é o pior café da manhã de resort que eu já tive! E eu viajo muito! A localização do prédio principal é muito boa, já a dos prédios vizinhos, onde eu fiquei, não é tão boa!

We loved our stay in a suite for 3 Nights. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with flowers and lit paths and our suite was incredible. The thermal pools are lovely ( the swim caps take some time to get used to for non Italians). The hotel shuttle we booked was bumpy and I would not recommend It. The driver spoke no English and we had to sort a way to figure out where he was parked at the airport. Then when we arrived at the port, a driver put our luggage in the truck, demanded a voucher for the transfer to the hotel (which we did not have) and then took our luggage off the truck and left us at the port. We texted the hotel and someone else came and got us. He proceeded to loudly make fun of my family to the other passengers in Italian and dropped off people at random locations before we finally got to our hotel. Not what i was expecting for 55/pp premium transfer. However, the pool bar staff and Vickie at the front desk were outstanding and made our stay awesome. I was worried as the hotel doesn’t communicate through Expedia (how we booked) and via email demanded I pay a deposit via a link. I refused and the hotel staff didn’t seem to know about the emails so their website may be easily compromised. The hotel isn’t close to restaurants or shopping however the bus system is easily accessed. The beach is accessible by a path or shuttle from the hotel.

Rent rom, hjelpsomme ansatte i resepsjonen, kjøleskap på rommet. Vi benyttet ikke bassenget eller SPA, så det kan jeg ikke uttale meg om.

The property itself was beautiful but no walkable access to the beach. They have a shuttle to take you to the beach and forio. The pools and staff are very nice. My only complaint is our room was very far from the main property. It’s walkable but down a dark alley that is not well lit. And the room itself had terrible WiFi and the tiniest tv. The shower was small and overall the rooms need updated

Place is on the older side. Reminded me of an old hospital. Place was clean but definitely old

We found this hotel located in a beautiful place, however the property is SO outdated. Our fridge wasn’t working and despite mentioning this to reception it was ignored. The electricity was out for pretty much the whole day, no apology or any notification. The smell of the sewage was horrible in the corridor during this period. The staff were not particularly friendly or informative. The porters were nice and actually offered good advise about the area. The thermal pool was good and the view is stunning.

Lovely spa hotel in Forio

We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance. Would definitely go again.

We were one of the rooms which was away from the main hotel. The room was clean a bit dated by ok. Very good value. The staff were nice a friendly. The hotel is a nice place to relax. The bus stops outside the hotel and the islands bus service is amazing €14 for a weeks ticket and buses run every 15 minutes even at night.

Excellent stay. This hotel consists of multiple buildings, in the area, so if you want to stay right next to the pool/breakfast area, you might want to call and ask which rooms offer that. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the pools were lovely, and the beach shuttle was helpful. You can walk to the beach, but it's steep since Sorriso is at the top of a cliff (giving it excellent views). There are lots of shops nearby if you want to pick up some groceries, sunscreen, or souvenirs. Staff spoke good English and were helpful arranging taxis, providing recommendations, etc. Would definitely go back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sorriso! So much to do at the hotel you honestly don’t ever need to leave for a relaxing stay. We walked 3 minutes up the street and rented scooters for a day to go around the island. The hotel has shuttle service to the beach below. The restaurants were delicious, fresh, local and even a nightlife scene right at the hotel. The staff is so friendly and wonderful we just really had a relaxing stay. 10/10 experience!

We booked an upgraded “Classic Double Room” to avoid cheaper rooms in the Separate Building Outside the Hotel. Upon arrival, our luggage was taken, which at first seemed like good service, but only because we had to walk 350 meters up and down steep terrain, past private houses unrelated to the hotel. Finding the way was so difficult that a staff member had to guide us – something they appeared to do for all guests. At reception we asked if there was a mistake, but were told that other rooms were even further away, while those closer to the main building were of much lower standard. This meant a 700-meter round trip not only for breakfast every morning, but also for every visit to the hotel facilities – something I would never recommend for elderly or less mobile guests. The rooms are outdated but functional, though we found mold around the air conditioning outlet. Fortunately, we only stayed a week. The view of the sea was beautiful, but that was the highlight. Pictures online match somewhat, but are clearly more flattering than reality. Mandatory swimming caps in the pool were never mentioned beforehand, and even hotel photos show guests swimming without them. Breakfast was disappointing: staff ate directly from the buffet while guests were still dining, and the coffee machine barely worked. The restaurant view was lovely, but impossible to enjoy due to the number of wasps outside. Overall, the surroundings are beautiful, but definitely not 4-star standards.
