総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn Express CRYSTAL RIVER by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel has clean and spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. The hallway is a little weird with 3 room doors opening towards each other but not a major issue. The man who checked me in was getting hammered by a lot of guests coming in at the same time. He was coming off his shift (and was supposed to have been off), but the lady coming on shift was there too. There was around 6 or 7 separate people in line and the lady kept going through papers instead of jumping in and getting customers checked in/out. I felt like the customers should have been the lady’s priority. The poor guy was doing the best he could.

Crystal river holiday inn is always our spot for vacation! We love that they are accommodating, and pet friendly, clean and friendly. Will hopefully we returning again next year

close to Town and Restaurants and the Pool is great

Check in crew was very friendly and professional! The room it self was clean however the bathroom was not and we had other peoples hair in the shower/bathtub.

Great breakfast options, super clean facilities, and wonderful customer service throughout our stay!

Nice place and comfortable

Very happy with our stay. We booked this hotel because it was close to yhe swimming with manatee tours. They allowed a late check out so we could clean up from the your. I didn’t get names, but all 4 employees we interacted with were very nice and helpful.

We had a great stay and the people were very friendly!

If I understand correctly, Holiday Inn (corporate wide) made the decision not to have coffee in the room. If that is the case, we won't be staying here in the future. No coffee in the room and we had to go down to get it...not fun.

Nice clean and friendly staff. A little pricey but we enjoyed our stay.

Clean. Comfy bed. Good customer service.

Staff was excellent and got us checked in and settled quickly. Professional, friendly and customer oriented.

This hotel is very convenient and nice. The only thing was that Applebees was not that good. The pool and hot tub was awesome.
