とてもクラシカルなホテル。サンマルコ寺院、スーパーマーケットのいずれからも近く、非常に便利。歯ブラシが付いている点は非常によかった。朝食は普通。

久々の海外旅行で欧州は初めてでした 家族4人（大人2 中人1 小人1)で4泊しました 設備は必要十分です　派手や豪華ではありませんが落ち着いていてよく眠れました　 スタッフのサービスが良いです　程よい距離感で要望に対応してもらいました（水上タクシーの送迎予約など） 家族で安心してヴェネチアを楽しめました ありがとう

チェックアウト時に水上タクシーを呼んでもらったのですが、スタッフさんがわざわざ乗り場までスーツケースを持って案内してくれました。雨も降っており、子連れでもあったので、非常に助かりました。

風呂の水はけが悪かったり、空調がいまいち、エレベーターがなかったり、と日本の快適なホテルと比べるといろいろありますがこれも歴史と割り切れば相応に快適かも。 朝食は良好。スタッフもまずまず。ベネチアではまずまず合格点なのかな！

お部屋を開けた時の湿気の匂いとゆうかカビの匂いとゆうかそれが臭くて最低だったけど、窓開けっ放しにして何とかマシにはなりました。バスタブにジェットバスがついていて、湯量も豊富でそれは嬉しかったです。

スカラ座でのオペラ観賞のために、ミラノのこのホテルに２泊しました。 イタリアの格調を感じさせるホテルで快適に過ごすことができました。

Very central Venice location. Take the water taxi there for easy access. Breakfast has many variety. Strongly recommended.

Guest services desk was very helpful and they are adding an elevator (we missed it by a week) so that will be great. Nice location.

The staff was excellent, the room great. The location was in the middle of San Marco, which is what we wanted.

The staff was helpful in getting a water taxi. The location is a bit difficult to access. Some amenities were lacking, I would rate the hotel as three star not four.

Conveient Location

Great location. Dark room, overrun breakfast area. Venetian “no aircon” rules in October meant tons of mosquitoes or very high room temperature…
