空港からタクシー9ユーロ(掲示版には7ユーロと書いてある),徒歩40分位、ホテルは閑静な住宅街です。徒歩10分以内にはレストラン街が有る、北側の通りを空港側に1ブロック戻ったところに地元の人以外行かないレストラン有り、食事も美味しい。 温泉地等の観光には徒歩五分位の所にバス停有り一人4ユーロ位で何処でも行けます。

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Ponta Delgado. The room was clean and the bed very large. The pool and hot tub is probably the hotel's greatest asset - along with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay there and very close to the town centre too. At an affordable price we were very happy to spend 5 days. The breakfast area is very clean and we enjoyed breakfast but could do with a bit of a facelift. It has the feel of a canteen rather than hotel breakfast area and some love and attention would benefit it. We loved the pancake machine! Would have liked to take it home. All in all a great hotel and very useful for seeing the rest of the city and the wonderful island.

Das Frühstück war schrecklich. Von der spärlichen Auswahl und dem unfreundlichen Personal her gesehen. Das Zimmer 214 war ok und auch der Balkon war gut

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt zu Fuß schnell ins Zentrum und an den Hafen. Man kann auch von seinem Zimmer oder vom Pool aus, Flugzeuge beobachten, da der Flughafen ganz in der Nähe ist. Daher kommt es auch phasenweise zu ein wenig Fluglärm. Das Zimmer war sehr groß gewesen und das Bett wirklich sehr bequem. Es gibt leider kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten von Handtüchern, aber ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr gut gestaltet, allerdings war es sehr schade, dass die Sauna erst ab 18 Uhr genutzt werden konnte. Wenn der Whirlpool aktiv genutzt wurde, wurde es zum Teil sehr laut, was die Ruheoase leider ein wenig störte. Ein Tipp: sollte man nicht so religös sein oder große Stadtfeten vermeiden wollen, sollte man nicht um Himmelfahrt dort hinfahren. Es war leider sehr voll, alle Parkplätze waren belegt und laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht wurde gespielt.

Das Zimmer 117 war schrecklich dunkel und feucht. Der Balkon nicht zu gebrauchen weil eine Treppe direkt vorbei führte. Am Morgen hörte man permanent eine Lüftung laufen. Viel zu teuer für diesen hohen Preis. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfect stay. The location is ideal, walking distance to the main sights but not in a crowded street. There’s free parking round the corner and paid parking on street (not expensive). The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were excellent addition. Rooms have a balcony with nice views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can rent pool towels with a deposit of 10€ per towel. Breakfast can be better (the pancake machine is an experience haha), but overall excellent for the price.

Hôtel parfaitement situé pour se promener et aux commodités parfaites. Le petit déjeuner offert est très complet et bon. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et sont toujours présents pour nos demandes. L'espace piscine et spa est vraiment apprécié. Je vous suggère un massage, mon heure de détente était parfaite. Je recommande fortement.
