スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。ただし、11月の滞在であったため、本館はクローズ。眺めは良くて清潔な部屋でしたが、中庭や散歩する場所は無く、アパートメントの一室のよう。イメージとはかけ離れていてガッカリでした。朝食も3日のうち1日だけなぜかクロワッサンをクリーニング後にセットしてくださってましたが、シチリアらしいダイニングや中庭での食事がしたかったです。 スタッフは素晴らしいので、夏の滞在なら最高だと思います。

オシャレなお部屋、見晴らしの良い景色、気持ちの良いプールなど、設備も最高でしたが、スタッフの皆さんにとても感激しました。英語が苦手な私達に、ゆっくりと観光やレストランのことを丁寧に教えて頂き、予約もしてくださいました。オススメ頂いたレストランはどこも美味しく、素敵な思い出が出来ました。タクシーがこないトラブルがありましたが、近くのバスターミナルまで、スタッフの方が送ってくださいました。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

オフシーズンに滞在しました。本館は改装中でしたが、朝食を部屋まで運んでくれるなど、手厚いサービスを受けることができました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋の内装、窓からの景色は共に美しく、とても気に入りました。

シーズンオフということで、本館は休館中、敷地外の道路を挟んで90ｍほど離れた別館の滞在でした。こちらは、ホテルというよりアパートの1室という感じで、建物内にフロントはなく、用事の時には部屋の内線を使います。 お部屋は、事前情報通りの海を臨む絶景で、滞在時の1月には、部屋から日の出と日の入りの両方を見ることができました。 白で統一された室内装飾と機能的なキッチン、食器や調理器具、朝食用に、庭で収穫されたオレンジ、シリアルや牛乳、ｴｽﾌﾟﾚｯｿﾏｼｰﾝなども用意されていました。 全体的に、デザイン性と機能性がうまく融合し、まるで自分の別荘にいるかのような居心地よさがありました。近くには噴水のある美しい公園もあり、シーズンオフの町でゆったり過ごすには最適なところでした。

本館から少し離れたDelux roomに宿泊。中は簡単なキッチン付きのアパートメントスタイル。エトナ山とイオニア海の眺めは最高。スタッフも親切。

【良かった点】 キッチン付きの部屋にしたのですが、とても広く清潔でバスタブも広く快適でした。Wi-Fiも繋げましたし、本館からも歩いてすぐです。隣にクリーニング屋さんがあるので、お願いしたら１日でやってくれました！部屋からエトナ山と海が見えます。夜も静かです。 【悪かった点】 特にありませんが、少し中心地からは歩きますが、散歩しながらなら楽しく歩ける距離だと思います。ただし、フロントの方は聞いた事しか教えてくれません。し、少し間違った情報もありました。また、部屋を掃除するタイミングが、午前中に部屋を出て2時ごろに戻ってもまだやっていなかったり、次の日は夕方に来たりで、まちまちで面倒臭かったです。

部屋のベランダから 真っ青な海が、左側にはエトナ山が、見えてもっとゆっくり滞在したかったです。 フロントの方々もとても親切で、イソラベイで、青の洞窟行きの船が動いているかとか、ケーブルカーが、動いているかとか、一生懸命調べてくれました。シーズン前だったので、はっきりわからず、動いていなかったらタクシーを迎えに行かすからと、本当に優しくして頂きました。

2013,12月に泊まりました。 タオルミーナはオフシーズンのようで 空いていたのと、 夏に向けての改装工事をしていたため 部屋をアップグレードしてくれて 道の向こう側のアパートメントの4Fにしてくれました。 フロントの方はとても親切で 地図をくれ、 オススメのお店など教えてもらいました。 お部屋はまだ出来たばかりなのか、 とても綺麗で広く感動です！ 白と木を基調としたモダンでおしゃれな部屋でした！ エトナ山と海が見える とても景色の良い部屋でした！

前面にイオニア海が開けた、素晴しい環境にある。 スタッフは笑顔にあふれ、とても親切で気持ち良かった。 ホテルに妻が大切にしていた帽子を忘れたため、探して見つかれば、最終訪問地のホテルに送ってもらうよう連絡したところ、早速、丁寧に梱包し送付していただき感謝している。 いい思いでとなった。

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff. We were upgraded to a seaview room on arrival and they were super accommodation with our late check out. Very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Ponto alto é a simpatia dos funcionários. Todos extremamente prestativos, educados, disponíveis. Refeições no hotel também de excelente qualidade. Hotel antigo, muito bem cuidado, mas precisa dar uma reformada nos quartos. Em termos de amenities, senti falta de uma máquina de café no quarto.

Can’t say enough good things about Hotel Villa Belvedere! Everything about our stay was excellent, from the rooms to the pool to the breakfast and lunch to the friendly/helpful staff. It’s a gorgeous property in a fantastic location — easy walk to the main part of town but far enough that you’re not in the thick of it. Don’t give it a second thought…just book!

Rekommenderas starkt, väldigt bra service

This is a beautiful small hotel with amazing views and friendly staff. It is situated very close to the main town (5 to 10 minute walk). The breakfast was good, with a modest selection of fresh foods and crepes made to order. The car park isn't cheap and operates via valet service (recommended as it is on a steep hill). The lunch restaurant was great - tasty pasta and refreshing drinks. The pool was warm and well maintained. We would recommend this stay.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Hotel Villa Belvedere! We were traveling from Bari when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, so instead of waiting three days for the next one, we made the six-hour drive to Taormina. When we arrived, the reception staff couldn’t believe we had driven that far and kept telling us how exhausted we must have been. We had booked a standard room, but they surprised us with an upgrade to a private villa so we could relax. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The villa was absolutely beautiful, the entire property was stunning, the pool was gorgeous, and the breakfast was incredible. Every member of the staff was so kind and welcoming. We loved our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave! We decided to extend our trip by one more night, and they even let us stay in the private villa while still charging us the original standard room rate. That level of hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Villa Belvedere for turning a stressful travel situation into an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

Very kind staff. Beautiful property close to town. Stayed in the apartments which were nice and spacious. Hotel is close to the gardens that have a great playground for young children. The playground was the highlight of the trip for my boys aged 6 & 7.
