スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。ただし、11月の滞在であったため、本館はクローズ。眺めは良くて清潔な部屋でしたが、中庭や散歩する場所は無く、アパートメントの一室のよう。イメージとはかけ離れていてガッカリでした。朝食も3日のうち1日だけなぜかクロワッサンをクリーニング後にセットしてくださってましたが、シチリアらしいダイニングや中庭での食事がしたかったです。 スタッフは素晴らしいので、夏の滞在なら最高だと思います。

オシャレなお部屋、見晴らしの良い景色、気持ちの良いプールなど、設備も最高でしたが、スタッフの皆さんにとても感激しました。英語が苦手な私達に、ゆっくりと観光やレストランのことを丁寧に教えて頂き、予約もしてくださいました。オススメ頂いたレストランはどこも美味しく、素敵な思い出が出来ました。タクシーがこないトラブルがありましたが、近くのバスターミナルまで、スタッフの方が送ってくださいました。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

オフシーズンに滞在しました。本館は改装中でしたが、朝食を部屋まで運んでくれるなど、手厚いサービスを受けることができました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋の内装、窓からの景色は共に美しく、とても気に入りました。

シーズンオフということで、本館は休館中、敷地外の道路を挟んで90ｍほど離れた別館の滞在でした。こちらは、ホテルというよりアパートの1室という感じで、建物内にフロントはなく、用事の時には部屋の内線を使います。 お部屋は、事前情報通りの海を臨む絶景で、滞在時の1月には、部屋から日の出と日の入りの両方を見ることができました。 白で統一された室内装飾と機能的なキッチン、食器や調理器具、朝食用に、庭で収穫されたオレンジ、シリアルや牛乳、ｴｽﾌﾟﾚｯｿﾏｼｰﾝなども用意されていました。 全体的に、デザイン性と機能性がうまく融合し、まるで自分の別荘にいるかのような居心地よさがありました。近くには噴水のある美しい公園もあり、シーズンオフの町でゆったり過ごすには最適なところでした。

本館から少し離れたDelux roomに宿泊。中は簡単なキッチン付きのアパートメントスタイル。エトナ山とイオニア海の眺めは最高。スタッフも親切。

【良かった点】 キッチン付きの部屋にしたのですが、とても広く清潔でバスタブも広く快適でした。Wi-Fiも繋げましたし、本館からも歩いてすぐです。隣にクリーニング屋さんがあるので、お願いしたら１日でやってくれました！部屋からエトナ山と海が見えます。夜も静かです。 【悪かった点】 特にありませんが、少し中心地からは歩きますが、散歩しながらなら楽しく歩ける距離だと思います。ただし、フロントの方は聞いた事しか教えてくれません。し、少し間違った情報もありました。また、部屋を掃除するタイミングが、午前中に部屋を出て2時ごろに戻ってもまだやっていなかったり、次の日は夕方に来たりで、まちまちで面倒臭かったです。

部屋のベランダから 真っ青な海が、左側にはエトナ山が、見えてもっとゆっくり滞在したかったです。 フロントの方々もとても親切で、イソラベイで、青の洞窟行きの船が動いているかとか、ケーブルカーが、動いているかとか、一生懸命調べてくれました。シーズン前だったので、はっきりわからず、動いていなかったらタクシーを迎えに行かすからと、本当に優しくして頂きました。

2013,12月に泊まりました。 タオルミーナはオフシーズンのようで 空いていたのと、 夏に向けての改装工事をしていたため 部屋をアップグレードしてくれて 道の向こう側のアパートメントの4Fにしてくれました。 フロントの方はとても親切で 地図をくれ、 オススメのお店など教えてもらいました。 お部屋はまだ出来たばかりなのか、 とても綺麗で広く感動です！ 白と木を基調としたモダンでおしゃれな部屋でした！ エトナ山と海が見える とても景色の良い部屋でした！

前面にイオニア海が開けた、素晴しい環境にある。 スタッフは笑顔にあふれ、とても親切で気持ち良かった。 ホテルに妻が大切にしていた帽子を忘れたため、探して見つかれば、最終訪問地のホテルに送ってもらうよう連絡したところ、早速、丁寧に梱包し送付していただき感謝している。 いい思いでとなった。

Wonderful old grand hotel in an excellent location. Received a warm welcome and professional service from all the staff members. The pool area is a haven from the modern world with ample sun loungers and umbrella shade. Our room (65) backed directly onto the road at pavement level, however the layout of the room meant that there was very little noise in the main bedroom and sleep was completely unaffected. Furnishings were generally in very good order with just a few signs of wear and tear. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

Uma grata surpresa, hotel tem mais de 100 anos mas está muito bem mantido. Nosso banheiro muito novinho, quarto super espaçoso, staff muito gentil. Piscina e jardim lindos. Só trocaria o secador de cabelo.

Hotel Villa Belvedere is definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the road it does not look exceptional but INSIDE & from the grounds it is beautiful. Fantastic terraced gardens down the hillside & a beautiful pool with an excellent poolside restaurant serving food until 5pm. Sensibly they do not offer dinner but will recommend & book local restaurants - of which there are a great multitude within short walking distance. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the Corso Umberto - ideal location. We stayed in the annexe 100m along the road which consists of small apartments including sitting area and kitchenette - very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic view of Etna & the coast from our balcony. Super breakfast & there is a chef on hand to cook anything you want over and above the considerable buffet choices. The staff were fantastic and arranged customised excursions for us to mount Etna and a boat trip from Naxos. The hotel can also arrange transfers to & from Catania airport - which is a safer & better option than using a travel agent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful family property that is immaculately maintained. The breakfast was enough to keep us full through to dinner. Pool was clean and refreshing. The staff went out of their way to make our stay awesome. Located within walking distance of everything. They packed us a travel breakfast the day we left at 5:45 am so we would have something on our 3 hour dive to Palermo. One key though, if driving there, use Google Maps vs WAZE . You will have a better experience finding the location on a one way street.

If you are looking for an oasis then stay here. Everything about Hotel Villa Belvedere is spectacular: the breath-taking view, gorgeous decor, peaceful and stunning pool area, kind, patient and helpful staff, The location is also fantastic as you can easily walk to many sites: bars, restaurants, beach, etc. Our breakfast was delicious! It was heavenly to sit out on the deck sipping a cappuccino each morning. I would highly recommend this family owned establishment. We had a wonderful stay!

Just had a wonderful week with my two adult children. Extremely beautiful hotel that lives up to all its glowing reviews. Lovely location with stunning views and a few minutes from central town and next to a park which is lovely to stroll through. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a box of tissues in the rooms! Very quiet rooms, but the air con units are quite loud, but needed in the heat! The hotel food was excellent with delicious breakfasts (and beautifully served by Rita and the staff there) and the restaurant by the pool was fabulous for lunches. The staff throughout the hotel were amazingly kind and helpful and a special thanks to Rita and the man in the hotel bar who served us cocktails each evening. For anyone that finds it hard to swim in cold water, the pool is not heated. I expect in the summer once it's been warmed up by the sun, it would be lovely. But it was freezing cold for us. Otherwise the mostly lovely stay and highly recommended!
