総合評価とレビュー Gatto Bianco Hotel & SPA

ビジネスだが観光地に比較的長期宿泊するのに便利。全然高級ではないが、「それなり」よりは遙かに居心地が良い（ホテルの方々の親しみ易さに依るところが大きい）。街の中心にあってもなんとなくエアポケット的な場所です。名前の由来の白猫は2017年時点で既に老猫だったので、今回見当たらなかったのはお亡くなりになったのかな？代わりに茶色い猫が我が物顔でした。

ロストラゲッジで滞在中に着る物を調達しなければならず、大変でしたが、ホテルの従業員の献身的なサポートも有り、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

今回のイタリア旅行でベストといえるホテルです。 窓の外に椅子とテーブルのバルコニーがあります。 海こそ見えませんが、カプリ島の家なみが眺められます。 バスタブ付きの部屋でした。 カプリ島は高いといわれてましたが、それほどではない印象です。

きれいなホテルです｡ 一人部屋はやはり狭いです｡ 二人部屋以上ならば快適でよいホテルだと思います｡ 朝食も他と比べるとしっかりしている方だと思います｡

キレイで高級感があり、部屋も広く、快適だった。 近くにカプリ島の中心街があり、夜遅くまで外を歩くことができた。 朝食を外の広い所で食べようとしたが、二人なので四人がけは使うなとの指示あり。その後、結局そのテーブルを使う人はいなかったし、他の客にそのようなことは行っていなかったので差別されているような感じだった。高い料金を払っているのに残念。

フェリーを降りると、ホテルの方が待機していて(いつどのフェリーで向かうか当然伝えていません。恐らく常時待機しているのだと思います)、荷物をホテルまで運びますとの事でお願いしました(港からホテルは一山登らなければなりません)。翌日チェックアウトの際、荷物搬送代として9ドル請求されました。勿論説明はありませんでした。お金を取るなら自分で運んだのに。確認しなかった私のミスではありますが、最後の最後に不親切に感じました。スタッフの方全体にあまり愛想は良くありません。ロケーション、部屋はとても良かったです。

The hotel and facilities were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for every little thing. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the shopping, but far enough off the streets it was pretty quiet at night. The Persian cat that lives on the grounds was absolutely adorable and friendly. Tons of great dining options right around the hotel as well, and the breakfast the hotel served was awesome with tons of options. The bar at the hotel was also very modestly priced for the island and again; with lots of options. Overall, for the price; you can’t stay anywhere better in my opinion if you’re looking to stay in Capri. My only complaints are with the room (106) is that the patio door did not shut all the way; the weather was very nice but you could hear the nightlife and trash service when they came around. The water temperature in the shower seemed to have a mind of its own, getting very hot when it was at mid temperature setting. Those complaints are very small in the overall picture, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay on Capri for a decent price! 10/10 and 5 stars!!

Great central location very clean. Easy walk everywhere. But needs update though will be more expensive.

We loved this hotel, and really enjoyed the furry white cat that would appear from time to time. Staff was very helpful and friendly and overall we had a great time.

Aging well, this perfectly positioned property is clean with a wonderful staff. Yea, it is a bit dated, but the value is there. Great stay.

Loved the ambiance of the property, especially the history and story of our feline fur babies. The staff was very nice and didn't hesitate to assist with any questions or requests. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will definitely stay again!
