立地が最高。 スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。

狭かったです。 部屋は可愛らしい感じでしたが、何せ狭かった 風呂にシャワーカーテンがなく気を使って洗いました。 立地はよく交通便もいいです。近くにコンビニもあり助かりました。朝食もよかったです。

可愛らしい部屋です。 部屋自体は広くありません。 シャワーブースにシャワーカーテンが無いので 少し大変でした。アメニティは海外らしく最低限 でもお茶とかもありよかったです。

受付の男性の方がとっても親切な人でした。また行きたいです。

It's in a nice location close to subway stations and bus stops. You can also walk to the Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre. And in addition, you can find the staff is more excellent than the location.

早朝６時ぐらいに到着したのでチェックインまでは部屋に入れないかと思いましたが、空いている部屋を探して入れてくれました。空いていたのは予約していた部屋より一ランク低い「クラシック」というバスタブがなくシャワールームだけのタイプでしたが、十分だったのでそのまま滞在しました。朝食はアメリカ式ではありませんが、フルーツや卵、チーズなどにクロワッサンなど美味しそうなパンが並びます。私は小麦アレルギーなので普通のパンは食べられませんでしたが、追加料金なしでグルテンフリーのパンを用意してくれました（事前に言っておいた方が良いようです）。従業員は皆感じが良く、何かをお願いすると親身になって応えてくれます。パリを満喫するには良いアットホームなホテルです。

昨年も利用しましたが、部屋は可愛らしく清潔で、ホテルの方は皆さんとても感じが良く、とても居心地のいいホテルです。 場所も便利で、周りには品のいいブティックやカフェも多く、でも繁華街ではないので、落ち着いていて安全です。 パリではこのホテルと決めています。

ルーブル、オルセー、そしてオランジュリー美術館がすぐ近く（歩いて行ける距離）のホテルです。 基本的に市内の中心ですので何処に行くにも便利、但し、残念ながら、地下鉄を利用する場合には非常に中途半端な場所です。近くにCafeもスーパーも有り生活には問題ないと思います。

お部屋は狭いですが、フレンチカントリーのチャーミングなインテリアでお掃除も行き届いており快適です。 お部屋にティーセット(電気ケトル・ティーセット)、冷蔵庫、バスローブ、スリッパはありません。 冷蔵庫に関してはバックヤードに滞在客用の冷蔵庫が確保してあり24時間対応のレセプションに申し出ればいつでも出し入れを頼めるそうです。 Wifiも問題なく使えました。レセプショニストは皆フレンドリーでとても親切でした。 ロケーションはも最高ですので、プライベートな旅行にはお薦めです。

母娘旅行で3泊いたしました。 部屋が、それぞれのスーツケースがようやく開けるほど狭かったことだけがマイナス点。 あとは立地よし。清潔感あり。スタッフ親切！朝食も美味しく、素晴らしいホテルでした♫ またパリへ行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

初めて利用しました。 向いにスーパー、美味しいパン屋、ケーキ屋等毎日の散歩も楽しくできました。 バス１本でオペラ、エッフェル塔、シャンゼリゼなどの移動も快適でした。 朝食も無料で美味しかったです。 フロントのスタッフも気持ちのいい方ばかりでした。 部屋は広くきれいでした。冷蔵庫がないのが残念。 帰りのタクシーもメーターなしでしたが60ユーロとフロントとの約束通り。 また次回も泊まりたいと思います。

The room wasn't big clean. Very good location. As results it's reasonable.

4泊しました。どこに行くにも利便性の良さで、フットワークも軽く行動が出来、ホテルに帰って来てもアットホームな雰囲気と周囲の環境の良さ、時間を経過する程に次回もこのホテルにしよう！と実感しました。

The room was quite spacious, elegant, and clean, and even had a window looking out on the inner terrace. The breakfast was cozy, quaint, and was just what we needed to start our day, complete with custom fabric placemats that contained a map of the hotel's locale. Checkin/out were easy, hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop bags off early as we arrived hours before checkin time. It was classy, charming, and SUCH a convenient location, right near the metro Rue de Bac stop on the 12. Room did get a bit warm overnight, but was nothing the thermostat or window couldn't help to remedy. Overall, this is one of the top hotels I have stayed in in regards to wanting to experience the local vibes; I say this as a Flight Attendant whose job it is to stay in hotels more than a dozen nights per month, so I know my hotels! Hotel Saint Germain is simple but elegant, cozy but upscale, quaint without being quirky. 10/10 would stay again!

Failles de sécurité bancaire et manque de confort Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été marqué par des dysfonctionnements majeurs, tant sur le plan de la sécurité que du confort élémentaire. Points critiques : * Sécurité des données (Pratiques inacceptables) : Au check-in, la réception a exigé une photocopie physique de ma carte de crédit. En 2026, cette pratique est archaïque et dangereuse. Une photocopie expose le numéro complet, l’expiration, le code cvv et le nom à n'importe quel employé ou personne ayant accès aux dossiers, sans aucun cryptage (contrairement à un terminal TPE). C’est une violation flagrante des principes de la norme PCI DSS. J’ai dû fermement refuser pour protéger mes données financières. * Confort thermique et sonore : Nuit très difficile. Le chauffage en chambre était excessif et impossible à régler, transformant la pièce en étuve. Côté bruit, l'isolation est inexistante : nuisances sonores de la brasserie adjacente jusqu'à la fermeture, suivies dès l'aube par le fracas du ramassage des poubelles. * Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner n'est absolument pas au niveau des étoiles affichées. La qualité et le choix correspondent davantage à un simple 2 étoiles. Personnel : * Le serveur était gentil, mais son français très approximatif rendait la communication difficile pour un poste en contact direct avec la clientèle. * Merci à l'hôtesse d'accueil qui s'est montrée très professionnelle et aidante pour me permettre de récupérer un objet oublié.
