レストラン、レセプション、外回りの 方と役職を問わずみんな 笑顔で対応してくれた。 ただ解決はしたものの お金の面でトラブルが あったのでそこを除けば もっと良い。 朝食はとても美味しかったです。

このホテルはMilano中心部からは電車で約10分。 駅からはホテルの送迎で3分。 ホテルの設備は価格以上。 近隣には何もない。 駐車場は16ユーロ/日だが、ホテル前は駐禁エリアではないので皆さん路駐していた。

セントラルから距離がありますが、最寄り駅まで無料で送迎してくれるし、ブレイクファストも非常よかったです。 ジムも付いているから、軽い運動もで来ます。

料金が安いのは、立地条件の悪さのためでしょうが、頼めば最寄り駅まで無料シャトルバスも出してくれます。ミラノにあって、この料金でこれほど良いホテルに泊まれるとは予想していませんでした。明るく清潔で、他の部屋の音が伝わることもなく、５泊が快適でした。レストランの料理も美味しかった。ただ、チェックアウトの対応をしたレセプションの若い女性の態度は最低でした。このホテルを褒めてもニコリともせず、「用が済んだら行けば。」とでも言うような態度でした。

J’ai passé un agréable séjour au The Hub Hotel à Milan. L’hébergement était propre, l’accueil chaleureux et le personnel très aimable. Le seul point négatif concerne le service de navette. N’ayant pas lu le règlement de l’hôtel, je ne pouvais pas savoir que ce service était disponible, et je n’en ai pas été informé à mon arrivée. Comme l’hôtel est un peu éloigné des transports en commun, cette information aurait été très utile. Je n’ai découvert l’existence de la navette que le jour de mon départ. C’est dommage, d’autant plus que ce service est gratuit et très pratique pour les clients. Malgré cela, mon séjour s’est très bien passé et je recommande cet hôtel. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

In the middle of nowhere, public transportation is far away.

In generale, tutto bene per quello che ci si aspetta da un 4*. Unici problemi, gli ascensori lenti ed imprevedibili, e l'aria condizionata ( obbligata, non si possono aprire le finestre ) molto rumorosa ed impossibile da modulare a livello di ventilazione, solo la temperatura é modificabile in un range di 4°C.

We booked 2 room, despite that hotel is 100% smoke free, one of our booked was smelling cigarette, the other room we booked the bathroom light didn’t work. We had to complain to the front desk so they changed the room. They said that they upgrade us but the rooms were even smaller than the first rooms we booked. When we moved in the rooms the air conditioning was unusable, so we had to go back to the front desk, so they remotely unlock the air conditioning. We have chosen this hotel because they had a spa, but when we wanted to use the spa they said it was closed. We paid more expensive to have an hotel with Spa but their spa was closed. We went to the top floor indoor swimming pool. The water was not clear, the ceiling was in very bad condition. Partially repaired but downlights were rusted and toilet unusable because it was in the spa area which was closed so in case to go toilet had to go from top floor th basement to go toilet. Bottom line it was a very poorly maintained hotel. It was a very old hotel which was poorly maintained despite renovated. The picture on Expedia showing this hotel are not in line with the poor condition of the hotel. It is a very expensive hotel which doesn’t deliver what they are showing on Expedia. This hotel should be banned from Expedia and boycotted from any clients

Room was always spotless, staff very friendly and helpful, spa was very relaxing. A really lovely place to stay! It’s a little out of the city centre but close enough to tram/a train station/the hotel can arrange a hourly shuttle. I really enjoyed my stay and intend to come back!
