海は残念ながらきれいではないが、プールやプールサイドでゆっくり過ごすには良い。 食事も適度においしいので不満は無し。 小さい子供連れが多いので、子連れには最適。

周りに何も無いのでホテルで済ませることになる。 宿泊プランによるがネットはwifi 約$13(1日),夕食も少なく見積もって$50現金で支払う事をしない為、チェックインの際クレジットカードを求められ$200デポジットを取られる。これはホテルのルールだそう。 ガーデンビューだったけど部屋に浴槽がありお風呂に入れたのは良かった！ 全てが高いけど１度ご褒美で行ってみたら良いかな、とお勧めしたい。 ちなみにトクメン空港からシャトルがでてるが$160. 往復かどうかはホテルへ要チェック。ちなみに私は公共のバスでRío Hatoと言うところまで行き、その後タクシー。市街地ホテルからパナマバスターミナル、バスターミナルからRío Hato、そこからタクシーで計$15程度。でもスペイン語が出来ないと迷ったりバスが分からなかったり心配かも。 総合してみてもスタッフの教育もきちんとしてるし素敵で快適。

We stayed for 9 beautiful days in this location. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with thick vegetation, beautiful buildings and pools. The grounds are well maintained. The beaches are stunning! The service at the restaurants, reception, rooms, pools and concierge desk is fantastic. The food is great eventhough not all restaurants are open due to visiting in the winter season for Panama. The tiramisu and red velvet cake were amazing! Probably the best we ever had! There were too many people that offered excellent service but Juan Carlos from Criollo stood out for us. Always there, with a smile and excellent service every single day! The spa has excellent service and the massages we got were up there with the best! Great facilities too with a hot tub, sauna and showers as well as a fabulous quiet waiting room. Lots of activities can be arranged depending on what you want to do through the tour desk. The city is easily accessible by car or tour. We had a fabulous time visiting Casco Viejo, Panama Viejo and the canal on a private tour. Also had a great rum tasting at El Galante microdistillery. The only thing that could use a little bit of improvement is the rooms (they are a little tired) but the room service and cleanliness are top notch! The hotel has a very reliable internet service throughout the property. Overall a 10/10 for us. Loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.

Our experience at Beunaventura was nothing short of amazing. The property is so beautiful, it’s basically a botanical garden. Everything is meticulously taken care of. The property is massive with unparalleled beauty at every corner. The staff is attentive and discrete. They seem always available and attentive to your needs. People greeted me by name. The pools are incredible. The beach is awesome. I just can’t say enough great things about this place and we look forward to coming back!

Este hotel es espectacular😍😍😍😍 Inicialmente nos íbamos a quedar 5 noches y estábamos tan contentos que termínamos extendiendo nuestra estadía. 1. El hotel queda en un lugar hermoso, con campos de golf, laguitos, zoológico, demasiada zona verde, unas casas espectaculares. 2. Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos la atención del personal fue excepcional siempre nos atendían y saludaban de manera agradable, cuando necesitábamos algo hacían todo por ayudarnos o darnos solución. 3. Las personas en el front desk eran super amables, quiero destacar a Arnold quien nos atendió y nos dio un servicio de excelente calidad siempre, los meseros todo el tiempo con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudar y a brindarte la mejor experiencia. 3. Las habitaciones son super limpias, me considero una persona exigente en este tema y en este hotel no tuve queja alguna, limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días en la mañana y en la noche, todos los días nos daban botellas de agua, las habitaciones son super amplias y muy bonitas. 4. En el hotel hay 3 restaurantes todos espectaculares, la comida es fresca y deliciosa y hay otros dos restaurantes que quedan más retirados pero desde el hotel te llevan y te recogen, el desayuno buffet es deliciosooo. 5. Las piscinas y la playa son espectaculares, demasiado lindas y limpias todos los días hacen mantenimiento. 6. El completo es grandísimo, en el hotel tienen bicicletas que te prestan para pasear por todo el lugar, nosotros andamos casi 2 horas en bici

Spectacular hotel right in front of the beach. Extremely friendly staff. Plenty of restaurant options with top notch food. I definitely recommend it!
