部屋も広く、wifiも問題なく使えた。 部屋のシャワーが壊れていてずっと水が止まらない状態だった。部屋に案内されたとき、5分後に修理に来ると言われたが、結局滞在中誰も来なかった。

タイトル通りフロントにてやりとりがありました。ホテル側、サイト側どちらが悪かったのかわからないが、リストに名前が載っていなかった。15分後部屋は空いていたので問題ないが前回はこんなことがなかっただけに残念。

Excelente hotel

El hotel muy bien ubicado y bonito la alberca muy cómoda. Mi única sugerencia es con el restaurante, cenamos ahí y todo lo que pedimos estaba extremadamente salado desde un consomé de pollo que no se pudo comer mi hijo a pesar de ponerle agua y limones hasta la salsa de las enchiladas y frijoles 😣

Just liked to to stay and relax, and I didn’t care about the food just to get some rest which it was pretty good

Lo que no me gustó fue que se escuchaba música a muy alto volumen durante la noche y madrugada

El personal muy atento y agradable, ojalá incluyeran el desayuno y pusieran una cafetera en la habitación.

Todo muy bien, instalaciones sumamente buenas , buen mantenimiento dentro de lo que cabe, personal atento y amable, solo la comida en el restaurante la verdad no vale la pena por el costo (que si es elevadito).

There were several issues with things not working as they should. TV not functioning. Other issue was the gym not being open on time. Maid not leaving bath towels.

La ropa de cama es vieja y tiene muchas manchas que dan mal aspecto, ademas de que huele mucho a humor de la gente

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y la alberca padrísima

I booked and paid through the app, but at check-out, the hotel didn't provide an invoice because I booked through Hotel.com or Expedia. My trip was for work, and I can't justify the expense. I called Hotel.com, but no one resolved the issue; the people who answered didn't speak Spanish. Expedia wouldn't answer my calls. In short, I won't book through the app again because they don't provide a tax invoice.
