Airport shuttle booking system did not work though the provided email instruction. The shower was leaking all night long that made noise all the time.

カルガリー空港近くのホテルで、空港まで無料の送迎付き。電子レンジ次簡易キッチンあり、バスローブ、があって良かったです。ルーフジャグシーが時間？で利用できなかってのが残念でしたが、低価格なのに設備がよく満足でした。

空港シャトルサービスがありますが、迎えのバスはなかなか到着しません。部屋には水2本とコーヒーや紅茶が置いてあります。バスルームには石鹸類のアメニティが置いてありますが、周りに髪の毛や陰毛が落ちていて使う気になりませんでした。仕方なくタオルやバスローブを使いましたが、清潔なのか疑問があります

空港シャトルバスは時間明記無しで不安でしたが、利用出来ました。朝食無料でしたが、目玉焼きのはずが卵の君が無く唖然としました。2人のスタッフに聞いても破茶滅茶な返事しか無く、納得出来ませんでした。

Bathroom was very clean and it was great to have an apple in the morning.

空港から近く、送迎サービスもあったので助かりました。 私は英語があまり喋れませんが、スタッフの方も優しく対教えてくれ、とても対応が良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でした。部屋に冷蔵庫があればいいなと思いました。

空港から近いのと値段が安いので、1日ロッキーツアーをした後に翌朝の便までとりあえず宿泊したい人には良いと思います。 施設も綺麗めで空港までのシャトルバスもあるのですが、近隣の食べるところが敷地内のイタリアンぐらいしかないので、市街地で観光、買い物したい、いろんな食べ物を模索したい場合は不向きです。 とはいえカルガリーはそこまで観光するところでもないので私には十分でした。 ただバンフの別の宿もそうでしたが、ここも冷蔵庫がなくてちょっと不便でした。

Everything was great except front desk staff when checking in did not honor my VIP status and give me my breakfast vouchers, had to go and get them after. The windows in my room were really dirty.

This is a good hotel if you're travelling as they provide complimentary shuttles and have reasonable long-term parking. The fitness center is a little small, but it does the trick and the rooftop hot tubs are pretty nice. You can also get breakfast at the restaurant if your flight isn't too early.

Staff were great, room clean, bed comfortable, hot tubs on roof open until midnight are nice. Free breakfast at Pacini is terrific
