予約した部屋が確保されていませんでした。そして、グレードの低い部屋に泊まらせようとしてきました。不満に思って返金して欲しいと言ったら、お前は言葉が理解できてないなど、不愉快な言葉を言われました。

広くて清潔！広さも十分。 繁華街からのアクセス、ココボンゴから徒歩20分ととても便利でした！

立地がすごく便利であった。

スタッフの対応が良かった。 早朝にCancúnに着いたのですが、early checkinの予約をしてないにもかかわらず、 checkinを快くしてくれた。

立地と低価格(他と比べて)で選んだがこのホテルはオススメ出来ない。 ドライヤーとシャンプーが無く何度言っても持ってこない、トイレが流れない、エスカレーターが使えない、など普通のホテルなら当然であるサービスが無かった。

部屋は値段相当のきれいで無駄に広い ただシャワーが弱すぎる 夜浴びるとぬるいってゆーか水 夕方とか昼間なら暖かいのででる

場所は良く、建物も味わい深く滞在にはまったく問題はない、しかし紹介文のプライベートビーチはパブリックでパラソル・チェア・タオル全てなし、せめてプールでもあれば… 確かに安いですけどね

コンセプトは面白いがまったくおすすめできない。 せっかくのリゾートがぶちこわされる想い。 立地もあまりいいとは言えず、いいところを見つけるのが難しい。

El personal fue amable pero el baño de la habitacion en planta baja la coladera de regadera semi tapada y se comenzo a inundar la habitacion, por lo que tubimos que usar las tollas y exprimir en tina de baño para ebitar que el agua llegara a la recamara, recomendamos que el personal de mantenimiento utilice y cheque baño para evitar esta incomodidad. Como nada mas pasamos una noche, reportamos el problemas sin mas.

First off, that's not even a hotel, it's an old mall they turned into a zero-star hotel!!! Second, the breakfast is a total rip-off!!! They show all these fancy pictures of breakfast, but the only thing included is just toast and butter!!! For anything else, the cafe they send you to will charge you and if you want to get a very low level breakfast, you have to pay moee than 50usd per person!!!

La temática del hotel está increíble

Por el precio son buenas las habitaciones. Son amables. Se siente solo el lugar. Pero para descansar está excelente.
