Beautiful lobby, lounge areas, and bar, but HORRIBLE rooms. The shower leaked, so most of our towels was to wipe the wet floor. The doors do NOT close until you shove it so hard it ends up waking up your kids. The room smelt like water log clothes, as if wet towels were everywhere, but not surprised because the guests prior probably had to also use towels to wipe the shower leak that led to the smell. Awful experience. Thee worst Embassy Suites that I’ve ever been to! So disappointing! Never booking here again. It’s unfortunate because the photos and reviews are deceiving!

I frequent this hotel alot and it's by far the best hotel in the area.

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with living room and workspace. Great customer service from LeRoy at the front desk. So many restaurants around the area to choose from and Chris Ruth’s steakhouse right at the facility for high end dining. Definitely staying there again.

Location to food

Property was wonderful! But I am 100% sure I booked a room with two queen beds. Ended up with a king and a pull out bed. Not a big deal but I did not get what I booked.

The good… - Great complimentary breakfast - Full amenities - Courteous staff - Clean facility The bad… - Room door not responding to card key. Had to switch rooms - Noisy neighbor during day time and then left their dog alone in the room to howl all night. - Hotel now charges for parking. Parking Instructions with QR code only available at front desk and not in the rooms. - Additional parking area is a bit of a stretch from the hotel.

Everything was exactly as described. Everything was so clean, and smelled SO good! Lots of restaurants around within walking distance.

The people working there were nice and the facility was clean and well appointed.

I have never left 5 stars for a hotel but this Embassy Suites deserves it! An absolute A+ experience; kind, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern, the room was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable. I stayed in a 2 room with a king bed. This will be my go-to hotel in this area!

Everything was ok, the toilet in the room kept breaking had to keep opening the top to reconnect the chain

Good condition, costumer service was excellent, clean condition of the room, I enjoyed the happy hour OMG the service at the bar was upper good.

The hotel was in a convenient location for food/shopping. Rooms were clean and comfy. All staff were friendly. The omelets at breakfast are amazing!!! The only downside was lack of parking due to an event being held at the hotel one night.

It was nice.

We stayed here for a youth basketball league and it was perfect
