Convenient location, good amenities, tasty breakfast, helpful staff. Clean hotel.

The breakfast is outstanding, and the staff very helpful. Clean building, only a few details that could have been better (extra towels, additional toiletries: shower cap, body wash) … other than that, excellent stay!

Las personas del staff del hotel son increíbles, y el desayuno incluído, uff delicioso tortillas recién hechas, chilaquiles y una variedad de frutas guiso y opciónes más estándar para todos los gustos, súper recomendable!

Me encantó este lugar, habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas, el desayuno muy agradable, la verdad un 10/10

Nice fresh breakfast buffet every day.. The hotel was located next to a lot of facilities: a large HEB store and shopping center with a nice food court and several restaurants. Also a Mcdonalds, an OXXO grocery store, a starbucks, a taco restaurant, andother restaurants,all with a five minute walk. Also, though I did not go ,. there was a casino also about a two minute walk. I felt very safe and would surely stay at this hotel again.

Para mis necesidades el hotel esta muy bien ubicado ,la habitación muy limpia así como el baño ,pero para mi gusto estaría muy bien si actualizaran un poco las instalaciones .

Tengo muchos años hospedandome en este hotel y toda había estado muy bien pero en esta ocasión estuvo fatal rentamos una suite y como no había vasos fuimos a recepción en la noche a pedir 2 vasos y la recepcionista güera de una manera poco amable dijo ….. si no hay ahí es que no hay ESTA MUY MAL

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were several issues that need improvement. The rooms we originally selected were not ready upon arrival, and one of the rooms had already been assigned to another guest. The staff was unable to assist effectively at that time, and it took about an hour to resolve the issue over the phone. The following day, there was a problem with the floor due to ongoing construction, and we were asked to change rooms, which was inconvenient. Communication with the front desk staff was also challenging, making it difficult to resolve concerns smoothly. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and enjoyable. We also really liked the city—people were very friendly. We would visit Monterrey again, but we are not sure if we would stay at this hotel.
