Personnel super gentil mais chambres vieillottes. Ils sont en train de rénover l'ensemble mais je suppose que ça prend du temps. J'ai tout de même passé un bon sejour.

Emplacement ,personnel accueillant et bienveillant

It is a nice hotel but greater effort needs placed on maintenance. The room I was in had a quite wobbly table and one of the cupboard doors didn't close properly. There was a flashing light in the bathroom and the television remote didn't seem to work. The room also smelled of cigarettes despite being on a non smoking floor.

The hotel over all is average, the from desk gave us a standard room when I paid for superior. Adding to that The room was filthy and the curtains were coming off , I definitely do not recommend.

Idéal pour passage éclair à alger et service navette très pratique et toujours à l’heure Seul bémol c est de tombé sur une chambre rénovée sinon bonjours les années 80 😉 mais il reste mon bon plan à alger

Dirty, poorly managed and the staff are unfriendly. I felt I was staying in a shelter. Really disappointed! I will never ever book a night in that place.

Une catastrophe. Douche avec filet d’eau impossible de se doucher, moisissures au niveau de la douche, lampadaire cassé, lit bébé cassé, évier bouché… Bref une honte pour un hôtel soit disant de ce standing.

Es un hotel viejo, que se está descomponiendo. Realmente un hotel pésimo.

Absolutely awful experience staying at this hotel. It is NOT 4 star more like -1 star. See photos of the room I stayed in. There was one worn out towel in the bathroom after calling 5 times house keeping eventually brought one more towel. Called room service for in room dining after multiple calls our meal arrived 1 hour later. Very strong smell of paint in the room. No curtains and dirty stains everywhere- see pictures. Won’t be staying here again!!
