Hotel ist relativ neu, modern und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko, das Hotel befindet sich etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum Kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth it. The food in Serbis is great, and inexpensive. Novi Sad is a must-visit. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and it's all walkable.🙌🇷🇸❤️

It's advertised as a 5 staar hotel but it's not!! tiny room nowhere to move or open suitcase comfortably . very small loby. The staff were great and helpful, free parking on site, decent spa and indoor pool. the breakfast was more then OK. as a 4 star it's good

Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel.

Nice hotel nice food , top staff and services I recommend of course and no doubt . Also the price is perfect too.

Highly recommend for people who are visiting Novi Sad or Serbia for the first time. Lovely staff who are always there to help, hotel is very well maintained and the room was very clean. Close to a lot of different things. Will definitely stay there aging!

Bon hôtel, chambre confortable et très propre. Personnel accueillant. Chambre côté rue très bruyante, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et il faisait vraiment très très chaud dans la chambre, presque étouffant. Petit déjeuné correct mais pas incroyable.

Perussiisti hotelli hyvällä kylpylätilalla. Aamupala oli oikein hyvä ja kylpylän puoli rauhallinen. Meillä oli huone lähellä hotellin baaria, ja tupakansavu kulkeutui ikävästi huoneeseen, mutta meluhaittoja ei ollut. Kävelymatka keskustasta oli aika pitkä. Ei huonojalkaisille.

Great location at outskirts of town. A bit on the noisy street but good windows help a lot. Staff is just amazing! Unfortunately didn't have the time to try the swimming pool.
