古いホテルなのに掃除が行き届いておりとても清潔。食事も非常に美味しくて接客は一流だった。また行きたいと思う。

古いホテルだが趣があると思える人であれば大丈夫。全ての部屋からではないと思うが、ブルーマウンテンの眺めは最高。レストランからも見えるので部屋から見れなくても問題なしです。朝食はホテルズドットコム上では、大人19ドルと書いてあったが、実際は25ドルだった。(週末だったから？) 朝食自体は、25ドルの価値はないので、車移動可など余裕があれば、朝ごはんが食べられるカフェがあるので、そちらをオススメします。 小さい子供との旅行だったので、部屋の大きなバスタブが便利だった。シャワーの強さやトイレなど問題なし。あとは、古い建物かつ緑の多いエリアなので、部屋の中に虫がいました。

マウンテンビューに宿泊しました。部屋は程々に広く、景色も悪くなかったです。従業員の対応も良く快適にすごせました。

カトゥンバの街中にめ、駅にも近く、 少し高台なので、景色は最高。 テラスで山の景色を見ながらお酒が飲めます。 レストランからはブルーマウンテンの山並みが見れてステキです。プールも綺麗でバカンス気分満開です。

伝統あるホテル。だが古い。景色は最高。アクセスも駅から歩ける距離。 レセプションの応対もよく感じの良いホテルでした。

また泊まりたいホテルでした。スタッフの対応も良く、施設も良かった。

Sydneyの都会の喧騒をはなれ、たいへん静かで落ち着いた雰囲気が良かったです。 車なら散策コースも近く、朝食前に散歩を楽しむことができました。 ブルーマウンテンを満喫したい方にお勧めします。

古い造りではあるものの中は清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。 友人達とファミリールームを利用しましたがベッドも大きく広く、問題もありませんでした。

駅から歩いて5分ほどなので便利でした。ホテルの受付の方がとても親切で暖かったです。この周辺で何をしたいかを聞いてくれて、おすすめの場所も教えてくれました。ツアーも代わりに電話をかけて予約していただき、本当にうれしかったです。古いホテルなのですが、掃除も行き届いていました。朝食を食べた部屋は日当たりがよく、まわりの景色が見える部屋でリラックスできました。 This hotel is situated near the station, 5-minute-walk from Katoomba station. The person at the reception was so friendly and kind. I could really relax and had a good time at this hotel.

Spotless room. Great staff. Excelled and wine snd music

The room and adjoining bathroom were both spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was lovely with a beautiful view of the Blue Mountains, although, the picture windows could do with a clean. The breakfast was wonderful, with grab and go options, as well as order from the menu hot meal options, both sweet and savoury. We had dinner once, in the dining room, and the meal was beautiful. It was a fine dining experience, but casual dress was acceptable. The hotel has old world charm, and is quite lovely. The floorboards do have a bit to say, so I'm not sure how much noise the rooms downstairs would hear? You do hear residual noises from doors closing, but otherwise, it's a very quiet hotel, within walking distance from Katoomba train station and the main shopping precinct. The hop on/off bus was a fabulous way to see the Blue Mtns if you don't have a car. We would stay here again.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at The view was brilliant and food excellent in taste and execution

Very clean but dated, toilet and door lock finicky. Had to remove the toilet tank lid and reposition to allow it to flush.

Wonderful relaxed stay. Spacious and quiet rooms with beautiful. Views. Convenient location.

Always a great stay at the Mountain Heritage. Old school charm maintained and views to die for with a great bar and restaurant on site. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room this time.

The hotel was very quaint with excellent facilities. Our room was a nice size with comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was sufficient but had an older shower. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was charming with great views and the food was excellent. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Peaceful. Comfortable. I love the heritage building feel too.
