The rooms are ok. The tv in the room didnt have a remote and as such was totally unusable. The fixtures in the bathroom were loose and dated. The fridge only just got colder than room temperature. I think for a 4star hotel its closer to a 3 star. Staff were interested on our arrival and when we told them about the tv remote missing. This hotel is a world away from the hotel under the same brand as retamar.

There are zero amenities for this otherwise great hotel. The rooms are big and modern. The front desk and housekeeping were outstanding. The 3 course meal in the restaurant changes daily and it's delicious and only 20euro. The meal taste like a 4 star chef and the flavors are excellent.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este alojamiento, como la otra vez el mantenimiento es mejorable, en esta ocasión no funcionaba la tv cosa que me solucionaron con excelente atención del personal, la ducha no funciona muy bien. Tampoco recomiendo la media pensión, ya que la cena no es buffet y te dan unos platos a elegir que no son de la carta, eso si el desayuno está bien. En la zona se puede aparcar y hay un mercadona justo al lado. Es un buen hotel con algunos detalles a mejorar.

Large clean room. Daily cleaning if required. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and an option to warm your food in a Microwave. Bar food was excellent quality with reasonable prices. Swimming pool quite small but excellent size area for sunbathing and plenty of sunbeds available.

A decent hotel, just on the outskirts of the city, about 15/20 min walk. Very good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and big, a few things to help improve. There was a surcharge on the two bottles of water (£2 each), avoided that buy using the supermarket next door for a fraction of the cost. No English TV channels (not that I expected any), the smart functions on the TV don't work.

Deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza, por ejemplo, bichos muertos debajo del sofa, silicona del baño desgastada, marcas de cosas que estaban pegadas a la pared… pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. Pedi cuna de viaje y no me la dieron, y el sofá cama no estaba preparado ni había sabanas, aparte, para ser un hotel de 4* no te dan unas miseras zapatillas. Solo destaco la comodidad de la almohada pero no compensa. Y eso sí, el desayuno a 15€ por persona, no repetire.

Personal atento, el hotel está bien pero hay algún detalle a mejorar en mantenimiento de duchas , grifos...
