Great location. Friendly staff!

The front desk guy is super friendly and allowed us to do an early check in. They are super responsive and I really appreciated them!

NO POOL. I saw negative reviews for this property but decided to give it a try for myself. I called two different numbers, one being a local to confirm there was a pool. Both times I was told yes. When I arrived, there was no pool and the girl working in the lobby was not very friendly and just said it wasn’t her fault. I let her know that I found a lower price online after I booked and she told me I already had a low rate. We asked for extra pillows and towels and she was smoking on her way back to the office with them. The guys working in the office both mornings were very friendly. The room was older but otherwise fine. Close enough to downtown for a short drive or walk if you wanted to.

Pretty good overall, but there were a couple spots on the towels, and paint on the curtains.

My plans were very flexible and the staff was very very helpful letting me add days and being able to stay in the same room without changing. Thanks owners and staff.

Nice little hotel, good for shower and sleep. But some guy came up to our room and started pounding on the door about midnight. Fit the wrong room I guess ??!!

Not much to do on the property. But if you’re just looking to crash out for the evening, definitely worth the money. Would be nice if they had some type of breakfast lol but we’ll live

We killed a spider and a cockroach in the bathroom, cracks on top and bottom doors, poor patching on the plumbing sink. Cracks on the walls.The room & bathroom definitely needs renovation, the beds were comfortable, a Circle store next door for good coffee, would not return.

We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable.

Broken lamp, broken bathroom door, things, unplugged, TV broken, someone’s empty cigarette pack behind the TV stand.

I liked the price. But the facility was pretty dirty. There was a big gap in the front door

I loved the location to where i needed to be the next day :) beds were comfy.

I was a little skeptical from past reviews to book a stay here but I am glad I did. They are working on renovating the place and it is coming along pretty good. There was still some updating to be done like painting the walls and such. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water. Overall pretty good.

Emergency stop when the 40, i17 and 89a were closed. Very nice place. The condition of the hotel reflects the cheap price. Super comfortable though. No breakfast, just juice and coffee.

I've stayed here several times but this time it wasn't so good from check in to comfort of the room. The heater was working well. I had to go buy a blanket ..today I'm not feeling well. I did let the front desk know but nobody came to check on the unit. And the parking is horrible. I did mention that I'm handicap and there were vehicles parked in the handicap area with no placard nor plates. Was this on first come basis? I had a restless night.

There was lukewarm shower water and the sheets were "noisy". The motel sits at an intersection so traffic noise is an issue in rooms near the street at least. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Great location with everything close by. Overall a nice place.

the doors had no bottom sweeps to seal the door freezing in the room. Leaking faucet in bathroom area. Had to change rooms.

We could hear everything the people in the next room to us did.....talking,coughing& etc road noise loud....bed was comfortable
