ほｔほてほてｒホテル内ショップで２０２０年のカレンダーを買ったが、帰国後見たら9月、10月のページが2枚あり、11月、１２月のページが無かった。？？？

空港から30分程度の場所にあり、市内からは遠く、またモールまでシャトルはあるとはいうものの、 一日一便しかなく、その意味では不便ではあるが、プールやスパなどもあり、ホテル暮らしという点では、大変快適。

コストパフォーマンス良いです。 郊外にある感じで、周りには何もありません。現在建設中の巨大コンプレックスの一部で先行オープンしている感じでしょうか。 部屋は清潔で、広くて、快適でした。ただ、広すぎて寒かったです。暖房入れてもなかなか温まりませんでした。もちろんエジプトで寒い時期は少ないでしょうから、そんなに大きな問題ではないと思います。 設備は、大画面フラットＴＶ、無料インターネット接続、バスタブ、シャワーブースなど、十分なものでした。 朝食は品揃えも十分でした。同僚はワッフルをその場で焼いてもらっていましたが、良かったようです。

The staff was great. They constantly tried to make you feel special and heard even when juggling onsite weddings and major sporting events. Would return.

Spacious modern humble

Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms were clean and well equipped, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing! Don’t forget to check out the pool. Definitely recommend it!!!

My husband and I were there to attend a wedding and made a long weekend of it. The hotel was fabulous and loved the pool!

I traveled with my family. We arrived late just before midnight. It was really tricky to find the hotel even with 3 brand of gps (35mn kept turning around the area). A lot of construction around it will make almost impossible to access. The room was not ready to accommodate 4 of us, even though we booked for 4. I asked for a second room so the kids can sleep straight away and the manager tried to sell it double the price. At the end I had to book it in a rush with Expedia before midnight at $116, when it was on their website at 70. And the manager kept asking for 150 !!! Finally the manager was so rude that he pretended to give the kids free breakfast while I booked the first room with breakfast for the 4 of us. There is a lot of construction just next to the hotel as they are extending so do not expect to wake up late.

The hotel is a long way outside of Alexandria near a huge petrochemical plant. It is also quite hard to find the entrance unless you know to stop at the guarded gate with no signs. Also Uber to get there is cheap but taxi to get back, Uber is not allowed past the gate, is 3x the Uber cost. Then they offered us a “private tour for 750EGP vs 350 for the taxi but it was only 3 hours and used up one hour just getting back to town and the driver did not speak English so it was not a tour just a car and driver.

The weather and the location is just perfect
