Rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very limited services and lack of respect for check-out. My stay at Hotel Hacienda Suites Loreto was disappointing. There is no internet in the rooms, no safe, and no mini fridge. The parking lot is separated from the hotel, requiring guests to cross a street to access it. The television had no cable, which greatly limits entertainment options. The most upsetting issue was that they did not honor the check-out time stated in my Hotels.com reservation (1:00 pm). The staff insisted I leave the room at 12:00 pm, which I consider disrespectful to the customer. Overall, the hotel provides a mediocre experience and fails to deliver basic services that one would expect at this level of accommodation.

Nice Hotel, nice big rooms, spectacular swimming pool. Breakfast delicious. Poor and weak internet, slow wi-fi works at times. Internet connection, it's a priority for guests.

Everything about the property was excellent. The breakfast was on the weak side but gives you an ok start for the day. Coffee and fruit excellent. Staff were cordial and helpful. Always cleaning. I’d stay here again

Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps impossible.

We stayed for just one night before flying the next day. The room was spacious and clean. The courtyard and pool were lovely. We enjoyed the pool bar. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Easy walk to the main plaza. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

No towel racks in the bathroom, kleenex or hairdryer. Only two tiny bars of soap. The floor was dirty. Barking dogs every night kept us awake. The breakfast was marginal. Tang like substance for juice. Off brand herbal tea and no black tea. I asked for bottled water at the front desk and was told I had to wait until after 9 am. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into town. Internet kept going down. The setting is nice but hardly worth $200/night. I do not recommend staying here.

Room had bad ventilation. Roof construction was noisy all day. Room and 2nd floor had no WiFi. Common area around pool was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Very insecure. No deadbolt lock, no chain or bar on inside of door. Open gate along public street just down from room. Door was old wood and you could see daylight thru the cracks in the panels. No phone to call front desk in case of emergency or problem. Really didn’t feel safe at all!!

Room was cleaned and big. Very thin walls, can hear the next door Rooms. The room above me they kept moving chairs which you can hear. Breakfast buffet was okay, no meat products on the menu. The WiFi is only in common areas not in the room. No safes or refrigerator in the room.

La habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosa. Muy bien ubicadas. El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo muchas abejas en el desayuno y grillos en la noche. Para mi que me gusta la naturaleza pasa, pero para mi familia no les gusto eso.

The bathroom was clean but in poor repair. Old shower with poor water pressure, no plug for the sink - just an open pipe and water damage on the walls. Doves kept us awake starting in the early morning. Location is not the best for first time in Loreto. It is far from most restaurants and the Malecon. Food and staff at the included breakfast was excellent. And the pool is clean and warm inviting swimming in January.

The hotel looks fine but the photos online are deceptive. The wifi was really bad, and after multiple attempts they offered us to change our room at 12 midnight, really?? It’s better to chose a hotel near the restaurant area, because this hotel or area doesn’t really offer anything more than a room.
