シャワーは壊れているしツインで頼んでいたにもかかわらずダブルベッド 部屋をチェンジしてダブルベッドを分解してシングルベッド２つにしたものの 狭すぎ 一階にレストランを兼ねたバーがあるけど値段が高い。 恋人と行くには絶対にオススメしません。

ビーチ沿いで客室からも海が見える。ジュフーにありロケーションは最高。ただしホテルは古く、日中は工事の音やエアコンの室外機の音で非常に騒がしい。ロケーションと安さを重視するならばお薦めだが、ホテルの快適度を求めるのであればお薦めできない。

ベッドが湿っぽく、部屋には何匹かハエがいた。お湯を使うためには30分前からスイッチを入れておく必要がある。ポーターやドライバー等のスタッフは物欲しげにチップをねだってくる。この界隈では値段は安い割に設備は整っているのだが、どうにも居心地が良くない。

ジェフビーチ沿いでは値段は妥当、とはいえホテルは古く写真を10年分劣化させた感じ。お湯もちゃんと出るし不便はないけど、積極的にまた泊まりたいかどうかは微妙。ポーターも運転手もみんながチップをせびるので鬱陶しい。入口から車にスーツケースひとつ積んだくらいでチップを払ってたらキリがない。唯一ビーチに面しているレストランは人気があるようで地元のお金に余裕のある感じの方が食事に来てなかなか混んでいます。

It’s more of a local hôtel , international guests might be disappointed but i liked the local atmosphere and the staff was quite nice . The best is the restaurant with a view on the beach , the food there is delicious . And the location is prime , one minute away from the Juhu beach and its animation. Juhu beach is relax vibes, kind of local but i enjoyed it . If you are not too demanding and want the decent local experience, go for it . Also Juhu beach is quite away from Center of mumbai but close to the airport .

Rooms can be bigger

The WiFi sucks at this hotel. Also there was a construction going on the floor above my room and it was so loud & unbearable to stay in the room. The breakfast buffet is a joke.

I had mixed experience. The front staff was helpful enough to keep my parcel in prior to check in. What was disappointing were: 1. The restaurant BGM volume was too loud for me so I asked the staff to lower the volume but they insisted saying that it was already minimum. I had to leave the restaurant. 2. The guests in the next room played TV very loud even after 11pm. I knocked on the wall but no effect. I tried to call the front desk and the duty manager but the lines were busy. I just put ear plugs and slept.

The bathroom needs serious renovations. Also need more choice in breakfast for mon spicy veg people for an example fried rice and noodles

The staff are delightful and work extremely hard here, but sometimes try too hard. Citizen hotel senior management is aspiring for the hotel to be something it’s not. The food in the restaurant is good, but the staff are prompted by management to be over attentive all the time, which can be offputting. The housekeepers are also very hardworking. It’s basically like a UK travelodge, which is fine if you expect that, but the decor is tired. Theres a huge building site right next door, our room was very close and the sound of jackhammers started every morning, even on the Sunday. The location is good in terms of the beach, that’s true, but it’s hard to understand why Juhu beach has such allure for anyone. It’s filthy, rat infested, the water is full of rubbish and polluted with human excrement according to Google, and the view is non-existent due to the ever present smog. Think Bladerunner goes to the seaside, which is interesting - but not pleasant. In the evenings it’s very crowded with people bathing in the dirty water and getting public massages on the beach. Sorry Juhu and sorry Citizen, but for international travellers this is not a desirable location.

Average and air conditioning needs serious maintenance

No the rooms are very small and poor in upkeep Air conditioning is horrendous with poor service as it made loud noises and we had to call the maintenance guy Staff is very nice and helpful

The room is very outdated Room was not cleaned properly 2 star coz view from room was good.

Very very disappointed because I booked and paid for a room with breakfast included and after we ate breakfast we have been hassled to pay even though I have shown the manager my booking receipts and it says buffet breakfast. He will not honour it.

Room was very small and bathroom was very poor. Full of mosquitoes. Half a cup milk was Rs. 270/- We were recommended this hotel very highly by a friend but were put off.

A solid choice when in Mumbai, great location and good value. Exceptional service by the staff.

The service at this hotel is excellent, really well ran, great food and lovely staff whp cannot do enough for you. The view on the beach from the restaurant and bar sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommended 🙏
