アンダースだけに期待していたが、普通のデザイナーズホテルでした。バレーはバイトみたいな感じで、泊まってる人も少ないからかスタッフも殆ど見かけない。値段ほどの価値はないが、車があるならここに泊まる必要性は全くなかった

The bed is as good as Andaz Shanghai where is my favorite Andaz in China. However, compared with Shanghai and Tokyo, the room is smaller and older. I feel a little disappointed... The service is perfect anyway.

バスタブ付きの部屋が良かったです

立地も非常によく、レストランやワイントレインの駅等にも徒歩で行けるので便利です。ウェルカムワインもフロントでもらえ、部屋の中も非常にきれいでした。ただ、バスタブはありません。

部屋へチェックイン時にその前に滞在していた人の服等がクローゼットに置き忘れてあった。ホテル係員がホテルの部屋を隅々までチェックをしていない。それをホテルスタッフに伝えて一緒に確認してもらい、撤去した際に謝罪は無かった。また滞在2日目にはアメニティやタオルが足りないなど、清掃係員のミスが目立った。前回訪問時はウエルカムドリンクのサービス（アルコール）があったが、今回は無くなっていた（しかしホテルの紹介ではあるとなっている）。

今回ナパ・バレーの旅程は一泊だけだったので少々贅沢して立地の良いこちらのホテルを予約しました。食事や夜の外出にも便利で安全です。 フロントスタッフの人数も十分で、待たされることなく不快な思いも一切無かったです。 2ベッドルームに3人で宿泊したのですが、タオルやアメニティが2人分でした。フロントに言えばすぐ届けてもらえたとは思いますが、このクラスのホテルにしてはうっかりミスだった点が残念。

雰囲気だけはすてきですが、それにしては高すぎる。おしゃれ感が先行してホテルとしての機能性は微妙。館内は暗い、部屋も使いにくい、朝食メニューも選びにくい。朝食インクルードなのにチャージされそうになった。

Great rooms. Great service

This was a REALLY nice property downtown Napa. It's in walking distance of everything! Parking was easy. My room was beautiful and the Rose at check-in was such a wonderful surprise. I will definitely come back again.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

This hotel is perfectly situated. So many dining options and great shopping within walking distance, and just two short blocks from the Uptown Theater. Access to the Napa River walk path is nearby, great for a morning exercise walk or stroll with morning coffee. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Nust a one nighter for a winery event. The Andaz is pricey but the only place I could find that would do one night only for that night. Everything there was great.

Friendly staff that greeted us with wine upon check-in. Stayed in the Jr suite & loved how specious it was. It also came with a fire place that was super useful at night. Will definitely stay here again.
