It was a very nice place to stay. All the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. I would strongly recommend to stay there.

The hotel smelled like pee and smoke. It was dingy and gross

It seems ghetto when you pull up to the property. Inside is very nice and well maintained. It was a very busy hotel with lots of kids sports teams staying. This made the pool extremely busy. And no where to sit in the hot tub so I didn’t use the pool at all which was sad. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved that it didn’t feel stuffy. We had an adjoining room and that was great for our party of 7. I loved that the room didn’t have carpet. They had a great little table that pulled out that we used for eating in the room. Coolest thing I’ve seen at hotel. As we ordered pizza and ate in room- this made things easy and not awkward like many other times eating in hotel rooms And loved that Netflix worked so I could watch shows I like. Didn’t eat at the restaurant. Staff were nice. Would consider again- but because of the pool situation would maybe check other hotels that don’t host a million kids teams to be sure to have a hot tub to relax in. It would be cool to have a zone or time for adults like 10pm-11pm no kids under 18 to enjoy or make use of the pool.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Quiet neighbors. Abit older hotel but will staff again.

Great staff greet you a welcome stay and everything was great so I argue you stay in tis hotel has a pool has well

Unfortunately we were surrounded by kids during our stay so not a peaceful day to be had. Room is not bad, a mattress needs to be changed in one of the beds, it was awful. Had a maid decide she was going to vacuum at 10 pm! Went for Prime Rib special in the restaurant, it was very good. Staff were excellent. Overall. You get what you pay for. It's a reasonable rate so was willing to set aside certain things.

Main reason for booking this property was the pool. Water was cold and somewhay dirty. Phone in our room didn't work. When I checked, the cord was unplugged and was broken with a tape at the end of it to somehow keep it together. Likely won't be booking this property again.

Stayed in a comfortable and spacious room with my family. The room had multiple big stains on the carpet which was off-putting but everything else was great. The restaurant has great food and the staff was great.

Was a good stay

We booked 5 days for spring break because of the water slide. The chlorine levels were so high that my kids got sick within 15-20 min of being in the pool; this happened every time they swam (8-9x) and would clear up within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. They were coughing so hard they vomited. I reported this to the front desk multiple times; one woman told me that it was impossible that the levels were too high because they’re inspected constantly. I told her that it was clear that the chlorine was way too high based on the reactions my children were having. We also had one pair of swimsuit bottoms turn from black to purple after just a couple of swims. We had to ask for towels regularly and quickly learned to grab them the second they appeared because they would not be restocked anytime soon. There was also no bathroom nearby, which was just asking for kids to pee in the pool. The room was fine, I was happy to find a smart TV. Each bed only had three pillows and one thin blanket, no extra blanket tucked away in a drawer. I’m sure I could’ve gotten more from front desk but didn’t bother. The restaurant switches to take out only from 7-8pm but we didn’t see this posted anywhere. The hostess suggested that we go eat at Tavern instead but it’s not exactly a kid-friendly environment so we went elsewhere. Overall it was okay, we got what we paid for I suppose. It was just disappointing to have to limit our swim time due to the chlorine levels.

A few days before our stay we were sent a text from Canad Inns. I was able to communicate directly with staff to help make our stay better. Upon checking in staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The rooms were fresh and clean. We went for dinner at the Altos restaurant which was quiet and not busy for spring break. Dinner was reasonable and delicious! Great staff again. After dinner we took the kids to the pool, which was fine. Appreciated there was no very deep area for the kids. Waterslide dark at the beginning, but kids enjoyed it over and over again. Hot tub perfect temperature. Not many towels though. Quite loud in pool area. Mural is nice, kids enjoyed themselves throughly. In the evening one TV wasn’t working well, quickly resolved with staff. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable. Check out fast and easy. Would recommend staying here especially during spring break as it was reasonable and quiet. Thanks for everything.
