friendly staff, always helpful, small, but comfortable, good location

日本人にとっては治安に少し不安を感じるブエノスアイレスの滞在において、心から安心できるホテルでした。 スタッフは皆とても親切で、盗難に合った際も対処方や警察への連絡と、親身になって対応してくださいました。

口コミを拝読して選びましたが、噂通りの快適かつ清潔、親切なサービスに大満足でした。建物の入り口は小さく、伝統的な大きな門構えのホテルとは異なりますが、非常に洗練されたデザイナーズホテルでした。部屋はジャグジー付（シャワートイレ別）で、非の付け所がありませんでした。ホテルスタッフは若い人が多く、みな英語が堪能です。周辺案内やレストランのアドバイスも丁寧で助かりました。竹製でできたおしゃれな自転車を無料で貸し出していて、市内観光にたいへん役立ちました。ブエノスアイレスに行かれる方にはぜひおすすめしたいです。

小さなホテルでしたが、繁華街に近くて買い物にも便利でした。男性スタッフに無理なお願いをし、お陰様で元気を取り戻すことが出来ました。有り難うございました。 大きなジェットバスが部屋のドアを開けると目に飛び込んできました。付かれた身体を風呂で癒すことが出来て、旅行社が準備してくれた市内のホテルをお断りし、自分で予約して良かったと思いました。ただ、朝食する場所は狭くて残念。

朝食のクロワッサン、フレッシュジュースが絶品。サービスも良く、きれいな発音の英語で話してくれるため、コミュニケーションも容易でした（街中ではほぼスペイン語しか通じないので、非常に助かる）。部屋の中にサウナが付いており、頻用していました。室内に湯沸かし器や無料のティーバックなどはついていませんでしたが、街中のカフェの値段も高くないので、問題ないでしょう。ホテル近くに飲食店が少ないのが、唯一の不満でしょうか。その分、外からの騒音は少な目です。

Hotel por fora feio mas os quartos maravilhosos

The hotel is in a nice area and close to public services. Even if it is a hotel it was very cozy and home-like. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to eat. The room was very clean and full of amenities like a hot tub and sauna.

We really enjoyed our stay at The CasCalma Hotel, three weeks ago. It was centrally located in Buenos Aires. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with a good king-size bed, good amenities in the room, including our own personal jacuzzi,in each of our rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful with good advice. The nature of the two rooms per floor makes you feel secure. This also creates a nice quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We got a good night's sleep because it was so quiet at night. Thank you CasaCalma from Brendan and John, from the UK.👍

El lugar hace honor a su nombre, limpio, el cuarto hermoso, silencioso. Excelente para descansar y relajarse. El personal fue muy atento, en especial Joân. Nos ayudó a conseguir cambio de moneda en la noche.

Ótima estadia. Estivemos 2 noites, o hotel é bem localizado e próximo de vários pontos turísticos

So we got there and the door wasn’t working. We had to wait outside of the hotel for around two hours so they got the door to open. We asked to get another room but they were like it’s too late for that and isn’t that and I was like oh my God, we just needed to sleep so we just take it and then in the morning we went out to get breakfast. We came back so we can get our things and the door wasn’t opening again and the fact that we had took a beer on the airport at a certain time that’s why I feel like they took too long trying to open the door and it was like a whole problem so I don’t know

This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! The double jacuzzi, the shower with 5 heads, the extremely comfortable bed, the amazing staff (especially Isaac who is ridiculously helpful!) and the wellness centre of it all !! We are so glad we get to come back for a couple nights, we have joked about cancelling the rest of our trip to just to stay here forever!

The hotel is well located. The lobby is small and it didn’t have very many amenities. It was ok for the price, but I would not stay there again.

Hotel confortavel ,com quarto grande e banheira de hidro. Perto da Av Santa fe. Hotel pequeno e silencioso. O cafe nao oferece mta variedade,mas nada que atrapalheH
