The room I was given had bedbugs, and when I requested a new room, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing an equivalent replacement for my original two-bedroom booking, I was only offered a single bed room, which did not match what I paid for.
Additionally, I had booked for two guests, but the resort only covered one person, forcing me to pay an extra $120 out of pocket for my friend. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and is unacceptable.
