・英語が通じなくて困った。（フロントスタッフの誠意は感じた。） ・ベッドの下につま先が入ったらベタついていて不快な思いをした。見えないところも清潔にしてほしい。 ・シャワールームがカビくさかった。 ・WiFiはあるがインターネットへのアクセス制限があり不便した。

係りの笑顔、困った時すばやく対応しています。素晴らしいと思います。客室の清掃も要望に応えてくれました。まだ利用したい

プール付きのホテルを絞り込み検索で探して予約したのに、室内プールにも関わらず、6月からしか使用できないと言われました。 結構な値段を払っているのに、朝食もバスタブもなくて、隣に植物園があるからと言って別に空気がきれいでも、静かでもないです。 植物園も中国のあちこちにある普通の公園と大差ありません。 掃除も行き届いていないし、バスタオルには髪の毛がついていました。 完全に値段不相応で、二度と泊まりません。

Beautiful hotel. Great food. Comfortable bed. English not much spoken other than at front desk, but staff is most pleasant and tries hard to help. Near to East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST).

A hotel with a spacious room for a decent price in Shanghai. They could do a better job in maintaining the conditions of the furnitures and other facilities

The hotel was not too bad, but I doubt that I'd return. The room is fairly basic for the price. The breakfast is VERY overpriced, but there are not many other options in the surrounding area. I booked a king bed, but was given a room with two singles. The staff switched me to a much smaller room with a double bed when I brought this to their attention. It was ok, but I had paid extra for a large room with a king.

A little bit old but acceptable. Hotel is far from downtown. Not much can do around the hotel.

我住这里是因为饭店隔壁的上海植物园。每天早上我都可以进去跑步，散步。大城市里能有这样一片绿地实在太好了。

植物園很舒服！大堂少了座椅，雙人房如加多一張椅子較合理。
